    ※ Coach Han usually uses a 3U, stiff racket, thin strings, and 30-32 LBS setting. Please note that we do not mention brands that are not related to Fullswing. ※

    Great video and explanation again on how a small thing can increase power a lot.
    But I do have a question: in the video you are mainly feeding to a fixed position. How to perform this when being pushed around a full court and being quite late/under pressure? Just lower the hitting point a bit because you need to compress and decompress?

      @@full-swingI already had watched that video and rewatched it 3 times now, but I dont see what you mean.
      Maybe I have to fraise the question differently:
      You use the compression/decompression for extra power, but if you are under pressure pushed around the full court, you want to benefit from this. How to do this? Because compression/decompression takes time, while you have little?

    • @nekomanma467

      @@Stefan-sp3jc In a game everything is dynamic, you can't always expect to be able to use a full-powered jump smash, sometimes you can only use a half-smash under pressure. Even with that said, if your problem is not being able to use it every time, maybe you should train your footwork around the court to position yourself better.

    • @Stefan-sp3jc

      @@nekomanma467 Yes of course you are fully right on this. But that is where the question is based on: we are not world class players so we will be late for a shot eventually.
      Lets say we are under pressure and want to play a defensive (high) clear to gain some time and be in a better position for the next shot. You would like to get all the extra power you can to play it as high as possible (on the backline of course). Then you might want to use this compression/decompression, but this will also take time. Do you change your hitting point? Do you skip the compression/decompression? What to adapt in comparison with a perfect on time situation to still hit the best possible high clear when under pressure?

    Will the 88D Game or 88D Pro give better performance for a low-intermediate doubles player like me?

    • @full-swing

      Actually, I think the racket is hard to deal with. But more important than that is your taste. 😆

    • @R6ex

      @@full-swing Thanks for the reply. I mean, although I've read that intermediate players should use GAME rackets instead of PRO rackets, I personally feel I play better with my stiff old Yonex Isometric 300 Tour head-light 2U racket than my mid-flex new Yonex Astrox Lite 27i head-heavy 5U racket. Basically feel like more accurate and can smash harder. That is why I don't know if I will play better with the 88D PRO than the 88D GAME racket, even though I'm just a low-intermediate player. Would like your thoughts on this. Thanks! 🙏🙏

    • @full-swing

      Again, it entirely depends on your preference. Only Astrox PRO models are sold in Korea. So I didn't see the GAME, TOUR model.
