I'll bet you're glad those paths are done and everything's looking great. The chickens seem to be settling in nicely.

With all the fog you will get alot of snow this winter! But good job with everything you did!

I hope so! I moved up here in part to have snowy winters again (I grew up in central Michigan), but last winter we barely got a foot of snow all season!

It's all about wet soil is easier to pound into! The dryer the harder it will be! Soak each spot where the posts will go!

We'd been getting a lot of rain, so the ground was pretty soft. The big problem is around here the soil has a lot of stone mixed in. That's where the bar came in handy. The point basically pries the stones to the side, making room for the post

Wow your paths look great. I will have to try the cardboard trick next year instead of constantly fighting with new weeds. Great work

It's amazing the difference it makes! I suggest cardboard over the ram board, but even that little bit helps.

You’re doing wonderful! We are doing similar stuff and are documenting it all on our channel as well. Be sure to take your time and have fun along the way!

Thank you so much! Every day is a good day when you're doing something you love! (unless it's 85 degrees with a 90% humidity...) Good luck with your cabin build!

You are such a hard worker and your garden looks so nice. I had to laugh when I saw you pull out the tee bar! 5’2” here… the struggle is real, but you showed who was boss! Awesome job!!!

I missed recording bonking myself on the head with the post pounder... Talk about a comedy of errors!

You drilled the holes for the feeder ports too high up the bucket. About an inch from the bottom is best

Doing such a great job! What kind of paper are you using on the ground under the mulch?

I used cardboard boxes as much as I could, but when I ran out, I got heavy duty ram board from the hardware store. It's in the flooring section for protecting floors when you're doing demo or construction
