Another great review. That does look like a cracking gun especially for the price and with a scope included. I do like the picatinny rail at the very front of the rifle. It would be good to see you do a video with the lads from hotair. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
@@fieldsportcymru4636 lol, hope I didn't come across as a victor meldrew, I bought the logun Evo s16 in 2009 when it came out, but at the same time the Webley/logun brand was going under, so the factory in Serbia bought the design of the gun then updated it , trouble was the logun one cost 600 new but when Edgar's put their version ( same apart from a couple of pic rails) they were asking 899 for it , and as you know back then a brand new airwolf was 1300 quid an air ranger was a grand, so people just wouldn't pay that much more for a gun that was nearly 300 quid cheaper just two years earlier, the logun s16 Evo was a cracker of a rifle, wish I'd kept mine, but with logun going under days after I bought it I realised I'd got no warranty so if I had any problems I'd be paying for everything, it was my first PCP so I got rid about a year after buying it, and that's when my addiction became bad , I got an airwolf tactical, huntsman, a rapid mfr, and a mk2 verminator in the space of 12 month , I've since had a grey wolf huntsman Forrester, buck master and so on , got rid of most of them over time and have 3 pcps now and one springer tx 200 HC , although if I could find a good condition BSA mk3 super ten carbine I'd snap it up , i like how simple they are to use. Can't find one for love nor money , Love watching your videos mate, in very interested to see how this rifle groups at 40 meters ,if it turns out to be consistent and group well I'll get one it would be my first lower priced rifle in ten years, can't wait to see how you get on 👍
Picked one up a few weeks ago and been trying different pellets with it. It seems to like wide pellets as I got good groupings with Bisley pest control and RWS Superdomes are like a shotgun at 12m. I know the Bisley's are fatter as I can't get them in my Stoeger.
Yes looked like under the middle picatinny rail there's a sharp angle, which looks like an Arch Swiss rail, which makes sense I guess for a large trip-pod to be mounted in that position. @@fieldsportcymru4636
nice i like it . only one thing for me not a deal breaker for sure but why oh why can’t they line those bloody reg gauges up so they are straight 🤣🤣🤣 to be fair not just that manufacturer lot of guns i see the gauges don’t line up . must be my ocd kicking in
@@fieldsportcymru4636 I know you are also a fan of steel and wood Buddy. I just can't help to get an anticlimax if i see that tactical pcp hype soup, but of coarse it's all a matter of taste. Love my S410 walnut and HW springers 😉
Thanks @fieldsportscymru We will definitely have to do a collab down at the range and also, as promised, your invited to the soft launch. Ill text you the details nearer the time.
Love that bit, “She doesn’t know how much you’re spending” nice one.😂
Been oldie a review since watching the hot air video yesterday yours is the first I’ve seen thanks, you’re 💯 right about bipod position

It's not Edgar's first PCP , 11 years ago they revamped the logun s16 Evo , they called it the xvi , didn't sell to good.
I stand corrected thankyou

Nice review - looks like it's a arca swiss rail in the middle in front of trigger guard.
It is arca i think
Yes it looked like a sharp angle under the picatinny rail like an Arch. @@fieldsportcymru4636

Also looked at the BRK Ghost, and that is so compact and well ballanced
Great rifle the Ghost well made and very accurate but well over twice the price of this in fact not far off 3 times the price
@fieldsportcymru4636 yes it's shocking ,I only paid £1100 for my custom built AR15 straight pull
Hammer spring adjustment?
Sorry but you can't beat nice bluing and good quality wood 😉
Do these have hammers spring adjustment?
Just looked at one of these 2 hours ago at Broadway gun room
they are under powered 10.8 ft1lb and that's with a 14grn pellet
Wow!!! You want a bit more rearly!!!!
This is a re-badged Kuzey TX-1 by the looks of it, they look identical
Where is this kit available?
If it shoots well and can give good groups then maybe these will take off.
The un regulated first version grouped very well . Cant wait to get this on the range
@@fieldsportcymru4636 I can't wait for your findings.
@@fieldsportcymru4636 are you still planning on getting this down the range? You’d be the first to review how it actually shoots.
i like it. a lot of common sense features. if it can group at 50 m .177 i would be interested
I will have it on test down the range end of the month and film it to see
It’s a Kral mortal with a different name on it.
It’s not a EV2 it’s a XV2 what a cock up 😅

Know what you mean i wouldnt thought it would be hard to do
Kral mortal x rebadged?
Don't think so 🤔
It's a Kuzey TX1 rebadge
Tactical, plastic and no wood, not my cup of tea, no thanks!
Im a big fan of steel and wood but as a tool for rough hunting or a cheep entry level general rifle i rather like this one . Horses for courses really
