@@melvinjansen2338 average stay is 6 months, that means they have the same meal like 11 times or so. i'm wondering how the japanese meal plan expands the nasa meals plans, and how the russian meals do the same, cause if they all have additions, how many total recipes are in space, and do you get spaced for trading cause i'm sure i could "float" on over to the soviet side and to have a nightcap and feel better about the lack of variety. and if there isn't a bottle of russian standard as a zero-g indicator on their side they're doing russian wrong.

There are probably reasons why they don't. I'd imagine bathrooms near eating areas wouldn't be wise, bacteria behaves differently in space.

Fun Fact: Since they are in space for more than 1 year you might ask where they get water? The answer is PEE, don't get disgusted it will be in a process to clean it to make it safe for drinking.

They are not there for more than 1 year. The longest (only a few people have done this as a test) have been 1 year.
