All content you have been producing lately has been so good. I really appreciate everything you do Rad! As a guy about the same age as you pursuing the same goals getting to hear your perspective is really valuable
Thank you mate, I'm very happy to hear you say this because I have been putting more thought into what I can produce that will add value to peoples lives. And I am taking a different approach than the same old stuff we've always produced. Keep the comments coming! The more I hear from you the more direction I have with what I produce.
Really bloody inspiring mate. This helped me understand what my body is going through and raises more awareness about it. So glad I found the UMS. It's helping me stay on the right path towards good health, habits and discipline. Thanks for making this video, really interesting to hear a bit of your back story. Appreciate all you are doing Rad!
@timchilman thank you, Tim. I'm inspired to make more content like this after reading comments like yours. I think the TH-cam fitness space is flooded with how-to's and impressive fitness feats. But the world needs more reality. Bigger picture stuff that has a real impact on people's lives. You're doing great things, Tim. You're rising to the challenge of parenting and forging your best self for your family. You should be proud, few people do the hard work that you're doing.
This video offers a lot to contemplate, and "Own Your Shit" is a fitting title. I can relate to the parts about alcoholism and addiction. My journey taught me valuable lessons, which I attribute to the Universe or a Higher Power. I managed to overcome my struggles and emerge sober. I appreciate you sharing your personal experiences - they might serve as a beacon of hope for those still finding their way.
@@UnityGymOnline You got it brother!!! You're the inspiration!!!!!! Finished day 2 of the Flexibility Masterclass. Adding it to my current workouts. It's going to be awesome!! Bill Henry
