9 mins to build a puncture?
I don't see 4 lights , you have a tubeless car a little one though and still you don't pull over appropriately... Furthermore this is all scripted...
Out here in California we build punctures in 2 mins and a flat tire is replaced in less than 10 mins.
that is because in California if you call a mechanic or go to nearby mechanic he will do a hole in your pocket for a single puncture, here in India 1$ for a puncture, so no one is bothered to learn the skill. And there are puncture repair mechanic at every 10Km or so on highways mostly. But I agree everyone should learn this basic skill
