I have Mach3 I just downloaded and there is no Mach3Screen.Exe anywhere in the Mach3 folder.

I remember this file need to be downloaded separatedly. Maybe you can try with this link "kd-dietz.com/pages/eng/machscreen/examples.html" where it is providing MachScreenV1.74.exe and I guess you should have safe scan before running the file. I found this link by just typing mach3screen.exe download in Google.
