    Actually we are all followers of sanatan or samichin Dharma. The total spiritual n scientific knowledge mentioned in Jain holy books were in fact saved
    by Hinduism n Buddhism by preaching each n every minute things related to spirituality was preached in public in a very beautiful way n make this knowledge compulsorily to be followed by them in a worshipping manner so that the goon or quality will be kept in the future life to save the knowledge, when the whole world was facing the big conflicts of unknowlgeable men who didn't want this world to talk or make discussion about knowledge. At that period whenever anyone made discussion about the scientific or spiritual knowledge they were mercilessly killed by the unknowlgeable persons. A very difficult time whole world was facing. I am great thankful to this present situation that we are discussing openly about knowledge related to spirituality n scientific research.

    Jainism is bounded neither hindu nor jain.

    Hinduism and Jainism are the sides of a coin of truth. like if you toss a coin and tails appear doesn't mean only tails exist, heads also exist, so truth has both sides... and so These both religions are Eternal, Scientific (being Dharma) and The actual of truth of this world is present in these two dharma.

    Nice Video.. but, I still would like to correct you on Law of Karma and Jainism as well as Hinduism. The basic difference in Law of Karma of Jainism is the Karma affects everyone whether he is a Tirthankar or a common man or an animal but, in Hinduism, God is said to give all results of individual Karma and so, in Hinduism, a god never has to bear any pains for what he does... e.g. Prince Adinath gave the idea to tie the mouths of cattles while agriculture field is ploughed. He bonded karma and when he became Monk, he remain hungry for 13 months including the 7 month of his penance.
    In Hinduism, King Krishna killed so many evils but he has to face no karma, whether he did right or wrong to others, he has to face nothing as per Hindu scriptures but when you read about King Krishna in Jain Scripture, you will find Karma haven't left even Krishna.
    And one more thing, Jain philosphy describes the 5 basic things that work with some action. They are Karma, Nimitt, Purushartha, Bhavitva, and Kaal and hence, only Karma is not responsible.

    • @RajPandey2505
      @RajPandey2505 9 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      +Akshay Patni Even in Hinduism, prarabdha karma applies to everyone. For example, Krishna being shot by a hunter's arrow was his prarabdha karma. Yadava clan being destroyed also could not be overruled by Krishna. He had to carry the baggage of his karma too. But there is a difference. Bhagwan Adinath or any Tirthankara were mortal human beings like you and me, whereas Krishna or Rama or any of the Dashavatars did not belong to our plane of conciousness even in their earthly form, so their baggage meant almost nothing to them. It is like throwing pebbles into the ocean, the ocean being unaffected by it.

    • @akshaypatni9733
      @akshaypatni9733 9 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      Raj Pandey Brother, everyone is mortal, the soul is immortal. Lord Rama is described as the omniscient in Jainism and we "Jains" bow to him everday. Lord Krishna's soul will take birth as Tirthankar in next time-cycle (Utsarpini Kaal) and will get salvated like Lord Adinath. This is the difference between the two philosophies.Here in Jainism, Aatma and Parmatma are different concepts. Jainism focuses both of "Dwait" and "Adwait" school whereas, the streams of Hinduism speaks either "Dwait" or "Adwait". The concept of creation, destroy and protection is never accepted in Jainism because, if someone created then who created him. If someone is destroying, who has given him the power to do so and if someone is protecting us then are we puppets??
      The vedas mention Lord Adinath / Lord Rishabhdev. I would suggest you en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rishabha_(Hinduism) Please read.

    • @RajPandey2505
      @RajPandey2505 9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +Akshay Patni. True. Soul really is 'Akshay', until it completes moksha and becomes a part of 'Paramatma' which is the sum total of conciousness in the universe.
      Honestly, Dwait represents Brahma-Vishnu-Shiva as cosmic allegories. Or Tamas-Sattva-Rajas. Tamas (negativity) drives the cosmic equilibrium in the positive direction, thus creation. Rajas (positivity) drives the cosmic equilibrium in negative direction, thus destruction.
      If you are interested, I would like you to understand
      "it is the tilt of the earth at 23.5 degrees on its axis , which gives life to this planet--and this is part of DWAITA"
      the tilt of the earth's axis causes the 4 seasons.
      dwaita hindusim is about 2 extreme opposites with a mediated who facilitates --as a preserver.
      summer/ winter
      Freezing/ melting
      Clockwise vortex/ counterclockwise vortex
      Absorption/ secretion
      Contraction/ relaxation
      Evaporation/ condensation
      not many people are aware that earth is in full bloom with life due to our 4 seasons. example: india is totally dependant on monsoons to prevent famine.
      both from of hindusim gives total freedom to visualise the supreme force.

    • @akshaypatni9733
      @akshaypatni9733 9 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Raj Pandey Soul getting Moksha is perfect but, becoming a part of "Parmatma" can't be digested. A soul when gets Moksha becomes Parmatma... I believe this because this is the independent theory. Concept of Creation is a false theory because if someone created everything. Who created him?
      Well, I find it's too great to learn eachother's theory... :)

    Jainism is the oldest religion in the world, based on the teachings of Ahimsa(Non-Violence) or reverence for all living beings.
    There is NO creator. As there is NO CREATOR - There is no one to evaluate your achievement or your knowledge but only yourself .
    The universe is eternal and the earth we live in , is just a small spec in comparison . Non-Violence, Truth, Celibacy, Non-Stealing, Non-Possessiveness , Non-killing and non attachment are only few of the main beliefs.
    There are about 4 million Jains in the world. Their aim is to achieve liberation of the soul (becoming God themselves ) by not being born again in another body.
    Jains believe this can be achieved through a life devoted to non-violence,compassion, non-attachment ,rejection of possessions and gaining true knowledge .
    Mahavir was NOT the founder of Jainism ! The first Thirthankar ( in this Era) was Rishabnath Bhagwan Age (592.704 × 10^18 years) = 5920,000,000,000,000,000,000 year old.
    It does NOT derive from Hinduism, Budhism or any other faiths. It’s always been there since time (forever).
    Beside the 24 Thirthankers ( in this Era ) , 608 souls achieve Moksh every 6 months. They are all Gods - They achieve eternal peace and can know the past ,present and future all at once, but they have no desire to.

      Seems like a very dismissive and lazy way of thinking….there is no creator and universe is eternal. Another thing there is Parmaatma and we are mere aatmas we can’t be param aatma
      How do u know the tirthankar a became God? Just like that? What’s the proof why are u Jains so aggressive

    Title should be Jainism and Sanatan Dharma. Jainism with the philosophy of karma, anekantvad, non violence, aprigrah etc leads to the development of an individual free from ego & superiority and so formation of a well knit caring society based on equality which leads to strength and prosperity. Examples are golden era in Indian history and lately of Mahatma Gandhi acting on this philosophy, created awareness even among people living at lowest level and compelled the Britishers to leave India and India got freedom.

    Undertaking a truly objective & unbiased study, one can see the seeds & sometimes even the entire trees of the philosophies & doctrines expounded in Nyaya-Vaisheshika, Samkhya-Yoga & Vedanta in the ancient corpus of Jain teachings.
    The similarities in both names, symbolism as well as biographies between the progenitor of Jainism (Hrishabdev) & the progenitor of Yoga & thus logically Vedanta (Adinath / Adiyogi / Shiva), are too uncanny for all but the most ardent egomaniacs of either traditions to ignore.
    Kevala Jnana of Jainism Kaivalyam of Yoga Atma Jnana of Vedanta
    Who came first, who came later? Who cares???
    Let us stop arguing about labels, I am Jain, I am Hindu, I am this that, as Mr Lakhani put it so well: why does it even matter?
    Instead, let us appreciate how all the authentic spirituo-religious traditions are imploring the seeker to break free from all these sociocultural labels. Stubbornly holding on to them only serves to keep us limited, and traps us further in the ego. We do so to our own detriment, not anyone else's.
    ~ Let us remember, Moksha = Moha Akshaya ~

    • @gangarajgowda3701
      @gangarajgowda3701 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You just said it all completely wrong about moha.
      Moksha = moha + kshaya. Not akshaya 😀.
      Kshay - destruction
      A+kshay - non destructible.
      It also be seen in work akshara, a+ kshara (non perishable).

    1:51 Wrong. That's not what a religion is. Religion is not just a mere belief in the supernatural. It's a social organization that involves a unified system of beliefs, and practices that recognize the sacred.
    So, therefore, religions don't even necessarily have to be theistic in order to be one.

      *After* the first ten Theerthankars reached Moksha, only then the Vedas and the Vedic Tradition came into existence. Therefore, there is absolutely no way the Jains followed the Vedic system and, Jainism *never came from Hinduism.* Jainism is Eternal ! And Jainism has *No beginning, No end!* Hinduism is simply an evolution of Jainism, which took place as thousands of years passed by. And Kshatriya simply means, someone who is *from a warrior class family* ! And yes, since all Theerthankars are / were from Warrior Class and Royal Families, the Theerthankars are also *Kshatriyas !*

      Idols are not god. Idols are made from stone. They represent god. For you our god is just human. For me your prophet is no prophet . He himself declared himself to be messenger of god.
      You need masjid.
      We need temple . And idol is just the symbol of whom we are worshipping. It doesn't give anything.
      Like you people cut goat at bakrid but allah told to cut your son.
      The goat is just a symbol of giving something valuable.
      Throwing of stones at wall also will not bring any fortune to you.
      But it is used as a symbol.
