Thank you for the support! Only using Sysmex QC. The institution I worked at before used pools of patient specimens for QC but we don't enough specimens for that practice.
1.After shut down check the background check if is ohk and all cell read 0 then proceed with qc. 2.If qc failed due to any error that occurred during the qc analysis correct the error and rerun the failed level. 3.check which analytes failed and levels as well... Let's say it the mchc or plt or mch den. The mixing was either to much or too little corrective actions is to remix correctly and rerun. 3.if level 3 also fails on all analytes check the lot number if it is still the same or it's a new lot number... Calibration on this instrument is done by engineers...
I think the rocker shakes the qc and the manufacturer recommends the we mix vigorously without shakiness... Shaking breaks down the cell and will lead to inaccurate results.
Thank you this video is so helpful!💐

Love the way you explained. Quite clear.! Are you using Sysmex iQC or 3rd parties iQC as well..Yr LJ chart looks great.

Sometimes sample arms problems with xn550
What do you do when QC fails? What’s the troubleshoot sequence?
