09:25 'ENJOY' means grand-daughter / 'ENJAMI' means grand-son, / 'AMBARI' means elephant / 'MUMMARI' means 3 types of rain. Good you want to know more abt Tamil & thanks for that. FYI: Thatha Thatha = grandfather Partee Partee = grandmother Kalaivettee = Kalai (plough) + Vetee (cutter) So it's about Farmers, cultivation & Agriculture Cuckoo is a real bird that COOS - making the song cuckoo cuckoo in the morning (wake up calls of mother Nature) It sounds just like Dhee does in the video calling onto others. So this cooing bird is called Cuckoo Bird in English just Bcos the bird sings or coos "CUCKOO-CUCKOO" You would have heard of the famous Swiss Cuckoo Bird Clock - it pops out of the clock and goes Cuckoo Cuckoo to sound the hour for the respective time. Annakili is actually Annam (swan) + kizhli (parrot) a name many tamils use to name their girl child meaning beautiful girl (white as swan signifying peace purity & pretty as parrot with nice beautiful eyes n nose) It is just a name like Lilly or Rose describing beauty for a girl child. In reality there is no such one bird but individual birds as in swan (Annam) and parrot (Kilizhi) Cuckoo is a real bird (not just a name to call their children) Annakili is just a name (no such real bird) - describing a beautiful girl See previous comment to know more abt Tamil.

Tamil is the one of oldest language which is still spoken and Tamil is the mother for all the languages .. I am very proud to born as a Tamilan from Malaysia.
This song is basically a unusual conversation between a grandmother and grand son about the nature in usual way of speach (with lots of twisted words an jumbles). In this song the word enjoy is not meant to enjoyment it is a tamil word, usually grandparents called their grand daughters. Enjaami refers their grandsons. So the song states that my grand daughters and grand sons, come together to protect what we built that was right for you (mother nature and family). That line we plat 5 trees, those built a beautiful farm, due to the growth of culture you screwed those things (nature and family). The line riding on the elephant means, we are so poor and lower caste who was once not allowed to walk to the streets now we developed so come to see me in an elephant. There are so many things which are related to nature and family in this song.
Also additionally the song also expresses "why is my grandchild is sad ?? There are fruits with seeds again to grow" Also vent out sorrow in a part of this song "I have trees and garden grown well yet my throat is dry" portraying farmer's debt, struggles and frequent draughts. ( Like satisfying others hunger although they have nothing"

This song has got deeper meaning & innuendos that goes beyond just the lyrical meaning (translation or trans-diction) U got connected with whole conceptualisation of the video - the singing, music composition, the vocalist, rendition, instrumentation, cinematography and beautiful lyrics which captivates us, while conveying a simple yet powerful message for our eternity (which many younger generation forgets and get caught in consumerism) :- TOGETHERNESS in DIVERSITY with RESPECT for RIGHTS of ALL Creatures-Creation Plant & Animal to LIVE in HARMONY with US all without exhausting Mother Nature & SHE will HEAL and SHIELD us ALL if ONLY we ALLOW Mother Nature to do HER works at her PACE. The language is Tamil (S.Indian - where is Chennai is based) and just as ARR & u both stating it's just the start n eventually the culmination of other languages will follow from diff global artist & background to make it global - good effort & foresight Arivu attempts to sing in his grandmothers voice !! Dhee is the singer of the famous "Rowdy Baby" song hitting in more than 1 billion viewer count in just TH-cam alone (not counting other social media platforms) Cuckoo - is the Cooing sound of the Cuckoo bird calling out (sounds - cuckoo cuckoo) & so the bird was named cuckoo bird.in English Just as this song is calling out to all to come together and live together in harmony as a family by respecting every creature's rights & belonging to be so and also sacrifices made by our elders to ensure the world's sustainability as we are all interdependent and should not exhaust our resources thru our irresponsible acts pushing us towards excessive consumerism directed by egoistic & greedy political leaders & biz entities covering people being displaced for all the bad reason as war, slavery, conflict and the likes n they making livelihood away from as refugees or otherwise due to discrimination. There's more to it if you go deeper ... it's about displacement of people for economic reasons, discrimination at all levels, disparity & disproportionate distribution of wealth as seen by certain biz Corp & political people but very the farmers who puts the food on ur plate is left behind struggling & scraping to make a living n let's come together as one to change and correct the ills sowed n directed by the many few (max 100-500) over the many (6 billion). Let's hv compassion to spread compassion thru unity with diversity over divisibility Enjaami is colloquially pronounced, with a village slang But it's actually EN Sammy (My Dear, My Beloved, My lord) and such is a Tamil endearment term usually used by elders to address their children or loved ones; esp the grandparents call their grandkids as such. Oodiya ... is actually Oodi Va (come running) to me or here (as we beckon come quickly to me) in Tamil language (which is marginally related & spoken in Central African countries too) Vaango Vaango = Come over, Come over (is sing with a Sri Lankan Tamil slang/twang) instead of Vaanga Vasnga (actual Tamil) Did u identify the young singer holding the hand of the elder to give support they would carry on with their elder's endeavour the custom of respect & sacrifice for the benefit of one and all including various creature's sustainability let alone survival of humankind in making this world a better place to live in. Modern Living with Older Generation's Traditional Values as one Earthly Family - So let's follow thru the path our ancestors fostered -,living in peace & harmony with Mother Nature.
Brief Info on Artist - Arivu & Dhee Dhee is Tamil of srilankan Tamil origin (mother) settled in Australia but now moved to Chennai with Step Dad Santhosh the producer of this video .. She can speak Tamil but can't quite read and write it well as she was brought up in Australia Like wise Arivu ancestors were from Tamil Nadu near Kutralam - who were taken tho Ceylon (now Srilanka and not ethnic Srilankan Tamils as Dhees's mother Meenakshi Iyer) workers for tea plantation by the Brits when drought that region and was once again displaced after centuries from Srilanka by Srilankan Gov after it got independence from the British. Which was messed up by the Brits in not sorting the equal rights first as agreed by all parties which was eventually rescinded by the Sinhalese Bandaranayaka PM period By forcefully removing Tamil of its official status n forcefully inserting Singalese language while removing the Tamil language off school media and how ancient Tamil library and its literal works and arts were burnt down to wipe out Tamil historical traces and that set of the dispute leading to disharmony and friction within the 3 societies -,thanks to one leader (just as the division of India into Pakistan all Bcos Brits messed it up) ... ok enough of this Arivu tries to narrate the difficulties of people being forcefully displaced and so the importance of ancestors and tiger suede rings and contributions made for their future generation S n that we shd all respect the rights of everyone be it animal plants or creatures as we are one if we become one with Mother Nature Arivu lamenting denotes that and also he attempts to sing in his grandmother's old creaky voice at certain segment.
@@eniyathendral2728 yes I do take the trouble to enlighten people about Tamil and it's beauty as well. FYI info I was very poor in Tamil language and can't quite speak, read or write much as I did Chinese then Malay before getting into Tamil and use to cry over it as it was so difficult Bcos of the transition and so use to hate it then. I only got interested with Tamil at my adult age on reading a heavy book called "The Lost Living Civilisation" published by Readers Digest and was perplexed at the truth presented with logic and evidence. Ever since then I fell in love with Tamil and wanted to know more about it and regretted that I missed out on such a lovely language when I was young. I only picked up my spoken Tamil when I was in UK watching Deebam Tv when I was doing my degree followed with my MBA there; so much so that my friends as shocked to find me doing better then them. My written Tamil is slower & reading is still very very slow as I have to add the letters before I read it out in my mind !! Ha ha. I am not an expert in Tamil but I can do it slowly but fairly well. I even learnt what my name meant - Kunalan = Man of Virtue குனத்தை ஆல்பவண் = குனாளன் நானும் என்னால் மடித்தவரை இனிய தமிழ்லை பற்றி பரைசாட்றுகின்ரேன் !! Sorry if there is any spelling or grammatical error.
@@kunalandevakirubai8136 Oh you are so sweet and very inspiring person brother.Your name is beautiful. Small mistakes, but your Tamil is pure. Till my 7th grade I have studied in Tamil medium school and then move to English medium in 8th grade. Struggled a lot to learn English. Tamil is fluent for me as my mother gave extra beating and training when I was 7 year old (when the class teacher complained about my poor Tamil reading). I thank my teacher and my mother now, as I am so fluent in Tamil 😀😀
@@eniyathendral2728 ha ha ... not the same page and same boat just that on different side of coin or boat so to speak. Sad to learn the central gov is still trying to suppress archeological findings in the south and and off shore structures off tutocurin i think and not allocating budget for more exploration cos it is showing that southerners were more civilised and advanced from the north (as they kept preaching shockingly that the south cannot be more advanced to their dismay) and they are spending millions on the north since independence but not funding in the south even when kilzhdi was found in 1960s !! It happens in Malaysia for the Bujan archeological site too when the Malaysian gov began to realise it was pointing towards Tamil settlement they shut it down and tried to dispose the findings but unfortunately they were all recorded and stored in Washington university and open to publics view which no one can deny. Bujan is in Kedah which was called Kedaram during cholan kingship in those regions Malaya the old name of Malaysia (newly coined after Sabah, Penang and Sarawak joined with Malaya is actually a Tamil name as in Malai Uru Or Malaiya erukkum Nadu The word Malai Uru than was used to called the language as Melayu which is then used to called Orang (people in Malay) Melayu meaning Malay people where Uraan (people of the land or soil in Tamil) which changed to Orang in Malay There is more to say and if u go deeper u will find that many truth is hidden and not brought to light due to patriotic or political reason Cheers

The title “Enjoy Enjaami” has so much of meaning. To the people who are unfamiliar about the title, “Enjoy” is combination of two words, En + joy (thaayi), narrated by the Rapper Arivu. “En” means “My” in tamil, "thaayi" is actually "Mother" in Tamil. Combinedly it is "My Mother" ... “Enjaami” is combination of two words, En + Jaami. “En” means “My” in tamil, “Jaami” is actually “Saamy” it means “God” in Tamil, combinedly “My God”. “My God” i.e. "Enjaami" is how elderly people call their grand children or their loved ones in Tamil Culture which is so so cute to hear that. Even the farmers and labours use to call their Masters (Landlords) as "Enjaami" as a respect giving. Likewise singer Arivu is called everytime as “Enjaami” by his Grandmother Valliammal affectionately in real life. That respected Grandmother Valliammal is shown in this ENJOY ENJAAMI official video song at the end … take a look… ROCK ENJOY ENJAAMI..

“I PLANTED FIVE TREES, NURTURED A BEAUTIFUL GARDEN, MY GARDEN IS FLOURISHING BUT YET MY THROAT REMAINS DRY” IS A LAMENTING PHRASE USED IN OPPARI SONG USUALLY PERFORMED IN A FUNERAL PLACE IN TAMIL CULTURE.
@@IJayReaction Kurdish itself a tamil name ...kurudi means blood and literally tell as the land is full of red(blood) soil place...even in ur Kurdish there is a name of place called as athiyaman...that's a pure form of tamil name...
And most importantly the Kurdish region yazedee religion and thier main god is Taus melak(peacock angel) and Tamils main god is murugan(peacock rider) both are same...
So Kurdish and Tamils are one only😉😁😉😁...that's the reason of the DNA connection u r doing this video bro...
The best part of the video was you genuinely loving it & even repeating the lyrics of the song. Hats off brother. Love from India 🇮🇳

What I really like about this guy is that he actually researches the videos before reacting.. It's not easy to delve into other cultures and get what they are trying to convey through their art, so I find his reactions refreshingly genuine!.. Keep going, bro!.. 🤗
Wow, super reaction, you are listening each and every line and it's meaning.. I am impressed..🤗
😀
❤️
Good you want to know more abt Tamil & thanks for that.
FYI:
Thatha Thatha = grandfather
Partee Partee = grandmother
Kalaivettee = Kalai (plough) + Vetee (cutter)
So it's about Farmers, cultivation & Agriculture
Cuckoo is a real bird
that COOS - making the song cuckoo cuckoo in the morning (wake up calls of mother Nature)
It sounds just like Dhee does in the video calling onto others.
So this cooing bird is called Cuckoo Bird in English just Bcos the bird sings or coos "CUCKOO-CUCKOO"
You would have heard of the famous Swiss Cuckoo Bird Clock - it pops out of the clock and goes Cuckoo Cuckoo to sound the hour for the respective time.
Annakili is actually
Annam (swan) + kizhli (parrot)
a name many tamils use to name their girl child meaning beautiful girl (white as swan signifying peace purity & pretty as parrot with nice beautiful eyes n nose)
It is just a name like Lilly or Rose describing beauty for a girl child.
In reality there is no such one bird but individual birds as in swan (Annam) and parrot (Kilizhi)
Cuckoo is a real bird (not just a name to call their children)
Annakili is just a name (no such real bird) - describing a beautiful girl

Tamil is the one of oldest language which is still spoken and Tamil is the mother for all the languages .. I am very proud to born as a Tamilan from Malaysia.
Tamil s a beautiful language... I'm proud ... 😍😍
Proud be a tamilan...❤️

There are fruits with seeds again to grow"
Also vent out sorrow in a part of this song "I have trees and garden grown well yet my throat is dry" portraying farmer's debt, struggles and frequent draughts. ( Like satisfying others hunger although they have nothing"

நல்ல தமிழ் பாடல் இந்த உலகத்துக்கு தேவையான கருத்துள்ள வரிகள்.வாழ்த்துக்கள்
This song has got deeper meaning & innuendos that goes beyond just the lyrical meaning (translation or trans-diction)
U got connected with whole conceptualisation of the video - the singing, music composition, the vocalist, rendition, instrumentation, cinematography and beautiful lyrics which captivates us, while conveying a simple yet powerful message for our eternity (which many younger generation forgets and get caught in consumerism) :-
TOGETHERNESS in DIVERSITY with RESPECT for RIGHTS of ALL Creatures-Creation Plant & Animal to LIVE in HARMONY with US all without exhausting Mother Nature & SHE will HEAL and SHIELD us ALL if ONLY we ALLOW Mother Nature to do HER works at her PACE.
The language is Tamil (S.Indian - where is Chennai is based) and just as ARR & u both stating it's just the start n eventually the culmination of other languages will follow from diff global artist & background to make it global - good effort & foresight
Arivu attempts to sing in his grandmothers voice !!
Dhee is the singer of the famous "Rowdy Baby" song hitting in more than 1 billion viewer count in just TH-cam alone (not counting other social media platforms)
Cuckoo - is the Cooing sound of the Cuckoo bird calling out (sounds - cuckoo cuckoo) & so the bird was named cuckoo bird.in English
Just as this song is calling out to all to come together and live together in harmony as a family by respecting every creature's rights & belonging to be so and also sacrifices made by our elders to ensure the world's sustainability as we are all interdependent and should not exhaust our resources thru our irresponsible acts pushing us towards excessive consumerism directed by egoistic & greedy political leaders & biz entities covering people being displaced for all the bad reason as war, slavery, conflict and the likes n they making livelihood away from as refugees or otherwise due to discrimination.
Let's hv compassion to spread compassion thru unity with diversity over divisibility
Enjaami is colloquially pronounced, with a village slang
But it's actually EN Sammy (My Dear, My Beloved, My lord) and such is a
Tamil endearment term usually used by elders to address their children or loved ones; esp the grandparents call their grandkids as such.
Oodiya ... is actually Oodi Va (come running)
to me or here (as we beckon come quickly to me) in Tamil language (which is marginally related & spoken in Central African countries too)
Vaango Vaango = Come over, Come over (is sing with a Sri Lankan Tamil slang/twang) instead of Vaanga Vasnga (actual Tamil)
Did u identify the young singer holding the hand of the elder to give support they would carry on with their elder's endeavour the custom of respect & sacrifice for the benefit of one and all including various creature's sustainability let alone survival of humankind in making this world a better place to live in.
Modern Living with Older Generation's Traditional Values as one Earthly Family -
So let's follow thru the path our ancestors fostered -,living in peace & harmony with Mother Nature.

One of the best reaction video man....how you enjoy our Tamil song.... awesome
Brief Info on Artist - Arivu & Dhee
Dhee is Tamil of srilankan Tamil origin (mother) settled in Australia but now moved to Chennai with Step Dad Santhosh the producer of this video .. She can speak Tamil but can't quite read and write it well as she was brought up in Australia
Like wise Arivu ancestors were from Tamil Nadu near Kutralam - who were taken tho Ceylon (now Srilanka and not ethnic Srilankan Tamils as Dhees's mother Meenakshi Iyer) workers for tea plantation by the Brits when drought that region and was once again displaced after centuries from Srilanka by Srilankan Gov after it got independence from the British.
Which was messed up by the Brits in not sorting the equal rights first as agreed by all parties which was eventually rescinded by the Sinhalese Bandaranayaka PM period
By forcefully removing Tamil of its official status n forcefully inserting Singalese language while removing the Tamil language off school media and how ancient Tamil library and its literal works and arts were burnt down to wipe out Tamil historical traces and that set of the dispute leading to disharmony and friction within the 3 societies -,thanks to one leader (just as the division of India into Pakistan all Bcos Brits messed it up) ... ok enough of this
Arivu tries to narrate the difficulties of people being forcefully displaced and so the importance of ancestors and tiger suede rings and contributions made for their future generation S n that we shd all respect the rights of everyone be it animal plants or creatures as we are one if we become one with Mother Nature
Arivu lamenting denotes that and also he attempts to sing in his grandmother's old creaky voice at certain segment.

I even learnt what my name meant - Kunalan = Man of Virtue
குனத்தை ஆல்பவண் = குனாளன்
நானும் என்னால் மடித்தவரை இனிய தமிழ்லை பற்றி பரைசாட்றுகின்ரேன் !!
Sorry if there is any spelling or grammatical error.
@@kunalandevakirubai8136 Oh you are so sweet and very inspiring person brother.Your name is beautiful.
Small mistakes, but your Tamil is pure.
குணாளன் = குணம் + ஆளன் = குணத்தை ஆள்பவன் = Man of Virtue
தேவகிருபை = தேவன் + கிருபை = தேவனின் கிருபை = God's Grace
நானும் என்னால் முடிந்தவரை இனிய தமிழை பற்றி பறைசாற்றுகின்றேன்!!
Bujan is in Kedah which was called Kedaram during cholan kingship in those regions
Malaya the old name of Malaysia (newly coined after Sabah, Penang and Sarawak joined with Malaya is actually a Tamil name as in Malai Uru
Or Malaiya erukkum Nadu
The word Malai Uru than was used to called the language as Melayu which is then used to called Orang (people in Malay) Melayu meaning
Malay people where Uraan (people of the land or soil in Tamil) which changed to Orang in Malay
There is more to say and if u go deeper u will find that many truth is hidden and not brought to light due to patriotic or political reason
Cheers

"Enjaami" is how elderly people call their grand children or their loved ones in Tamil
Culture which is so so cute to hear that.
Even the farmers and labours use to call their Masters (Landlords) as "Enjaami" as a respect giving.
Likewise singer Arivu is called everytime as “Enjaami” by his Grandmother Valliammal affectionately in real
life.
That respected Grandmother Valliammal is shown in this ENJOY ENJAAMI official video song at the end … take a look… ROCK ENJOY ENJAAMI..
