FYI, regarding the arm pump. I used to have it a lot and also within a few laps on a MX track. What helped me a lot was doing a warm-up mostly aimed at my arms. Just stretching those muscles before going on the bike made it so, instead of 10 minutes of riding and having the worst arm pump. I now can ride for about 2 hour (Enduro's) with about the same arm pump as i had before after a few laps on an MX track
The best thing I've found for armpump in MX and DH MTB is rock climbing. Start bouldering regularly and it helps tremendously with keeping armpump away for longer. Or just ride more. Also loosen your grip a bit, death gripping is the best way to get armpump prematurely.
I channeled my inner skillz the whole race and would gain on you then crash and lose a bunch of time. I completely messed up in the beginning and confused the track with a later part and just rode way or the track lol. But I want a rematch of this! I think we could actually had an interesting race here. Also 350 barks, you should try it next stream and I'll drop you my setup.
Imagine if there was a full race series with tracks similar to this with abit more rocks ect Would be so much fun and refreshing to see besides all the supercross and mxgp😅😂 was definitely more fun to watch
Yeah RV2 Had a surgery done to help prevent it aswell, but you are correct it does mess with blood flow and makes it way harder to grip the bike.(ex local pro harescramble racer)
if you turn down the front rebound and turn up the fork offset, it should fix the front end. really easy fix just adjust those. don't know why no one else knows this. i run rebound around 6 in the front, 10 in the rear. and for fork offset either run 23 or 24 see which one you like better.
i never worked out i simply just road twice a week eventually i started doing 30 min motos on a 450 pushing it. jogging will do you much better than the gym
You should really give everyone a head start so you have some passing to do during the video. Not much point in having people race with you if you holeshot them and never see them again.

Only complaint with it, is there no log section or challenging rocks. But I love the way it goes from fast to slow so many time in different terrain.
This was a fun race to be apart of hopefully you do some more of these
