  • Fibonacci retracements are one of the most important concepts that a trader needs to understand. Sometimes, you have to believe in faith as there is no reason that the Fibonacci sequence is valid, these same numbers and patterns are present in the ratio between our ears, nose and mouth, but also between the planets in the solar system. Fibs appear everywhere and they work. At least they provide excellent support and resistance levels.

    A great aspect of thing is how you tell us we don't understand why. That is true, but its as if its asking why we make music, why trees grow and why we are even here to begin with. There's a reason the Buddha never answered those questions, you cant describe it in words, one can only experience. We experience the patterns because we experience time, why is a second a second? its our perspective that creates this all, consciousness is the core "solution" to these questions. Once you see that we are not 'really conscious, no more than nature it self you can understand that what is in is out and the reason is to experience is to understand our self better. We can think of it as a self learning program, such as the chaos theory. pretty neat stuff

      Retracement will not move past 100% of the previous wave.

  • @yuliusbayu
    @yuliusbayu ปีที่แล้ว

    1. How do we use fibonacci if up trend? Does we pull from low to top?
    2. Which time frame exactly accurat to analize the trend ?

    • @rogerward801
      @rogerward801 ปีที่แล้ว

      Low to top for uptrend. High to low for down trend. Timeframe depends upon what type of trading you’re doing. I scalp so I use 2 minutes timeframe

      It does not apply to any one specific time period. If you were to back test it, as all newly acquired strategies should be, since nothing is perfect, you will be able to get a feel for it's accuracy and limits. If you are 3X charting before trading your preferential time period, you are most likely applying it to all three of your charts as you change the time periods

    In the end of the day it is down to pure guessing, no one knows were market will go up or down. No indicator will predict movement. LUCK is the only factor here.

      i called the recent crash, and several other stocks on my tradingview. in our room, we call the biggest winners day after day after day ...its just like anything, it takes practice. takes years of constant trading and watching the markets, like learning the guitar or playing the piano, things just start to click. its just most people don't have the time to learn, because by the time they have the money to play, they are busy with life

    • @sciggler2880
