Lots of good information Mike. All the VIP passes as of 6/29 are sold out. Only general admission passes are for sale now. I bought four general admission tickets. I'm wondering if the show will actually sell out! Been saying that for awhile, I think it's looking like a possibility!

Awesome pointers! I'm adding in a battery pack phone charger, no way anyone's phone is making the whole day if you start early and go to the after parties. I'm also bringing along a loupe... probably won't use it, but good to have. Mints/gum as well. Going to be great to catch up with everyone!

Lots of great information! You would think some of this would be a no brainer but it's good to let people know anything and everything that could be expected. I've never been but I've talked to multiple good friends that have been for many years and they have said all the same great stuff. I do believe there are so called trade nights, or from what I hear, just everybody hanging out in the hotels next to the show. Also if you're taking shuttles to hotels, maybe leave early. I know it will be way different this year, but what was it like before as far as getting in line before the show? Did people line up early and all, especially the VIP ones? Is it obvious where the VIP entrance is? Thanks for sharing! Take care!

As a Cubs fan I laughed my butt off at your "it's not that great" review of Guaranteed Rate Field (Sox park). Objectively it's a much more comfortable ballpark with better concessions than Wrigley. But the history of Wrigley and Wrigleyville neighborhood obviously make Wrigley a must see Chicago landmark.
