Walford Crabtree and Roberts were catching passes in traffic that nobody has been able to replicate for us since. Feels like our receivers need every throw to be perfect now and can’t hold on through contact.

Man seeing Carr in his earlier stages was really electrifying. It brought some great memories and good games. Whenever we score is the best feeling. Coop and Crabtree were a tandem that was elite. Really miss Oakland and the times we had there for sure. Ruggs had so much potential and wasted it man, such a shame
Facts… Seth roberts, Crabtree, Cooper, Lynch, and Jared Cook was really a SB team. Sad Carr got hurt that season

@@dr.h_gibby3158 Jared Cook and Lynch were’nt on the 12-4 team in 2016, , we didn’t get Lynch until 2017 and Cook until 2018.
This is the best I've ever seen Derek play. Ever! I don't think I've seen a better throw than the 2nd TD to Davante. Great job! We need more of this. Just wish Ruggs was still here.

We could of gotten Jeudy, Ceedee Lamb, Justin Jefferson, or Michael Pittman. but we got the one that killed someone.

I miss Seth Roberts, the guy used to catch everything. He used to make some of the most monster plays for us. Such an underrated WR
there was a year in which if he caught a TD, we would always win the game.

Our O line is not that bad this year. Carr just isn’t as accurate anymore. So many under and over thrown passes. It sucks I really think that injury ruined his potential
@@rogueelite7gaming151 that injury back from 2016 is a thing. I dont think he trusts his oline as much as he did in the past and sometimes it makes him throw poorly. Psychological thing I guess =/ But we all know he can still throw some dimes! =)

This video couldn't have come at a better time. I was at a bar for the Monday night game, and a few Raiders fans were saying that they'd never seen Carr throw a pass like that bomb to Adams for the TD. I was just sitting there like, really man? Really? How quickly they forget....
Man that 2016 offense was so fun to watch. Crabtree and Roberts were solid. Unreal how far we have fallen.
Roberts dropped wayyy too many passes but he came up clutch at the end of games. Can't believe you didn't mention Cooper.

Coming back to watch this thinking Carr is leaving us. Raiders fans went through so much over the last decade. He was the hope and light for the team. If you could ever have given him an O-line and just a little bit of secondary we could have done something. Here to another decade of sub .500
The way the fans turned on him and scapegoated him, and give JMD and Davis a pass, they deserve what’s coming.
DC is a true Raider...really hope he wins a championship..this dude has never had a top 10 defense in his life.. Even with the years we had Mack our defense sucked!

Dudes been QB since I was 9. I'm now 18 in college. Literally grew up watching Carr. The last qbs I remember watching were Pryor, Campbell, and Carson Palmer. And Bruce. It's a shame Carr wasted his prime on terrible teams. He's always going to get blamed for our losses but when we win it's a team effort. Carr is a Raiders legend and will go down as one of the greats when he's finished his career here. People say no but he really is. I don't get how Jim Plunket gets love when he was literally hot dog water and got benched multiple times in his career. Marcus Allen and the super stacked defense won us our rings. If Jim Plunket gets a lot of love we need to show Carr love.
Carr will be the greatest Raiders QB ever. Even without a ring. Plunkett and Stabler had horrific stats. But they had great O-lines and defenses.
@@heir_to_the_promise Nah, Stabler was actually pretty good. My grandpa watched him play. It's just Plunket that's overrated. Carr surpassed Stablers stats in less the years that they played here. On top of that with less the weapon's that they've had.

Derek Carr has been nothing but a blessing to this franchise and whether you love him or hate him, you have to give him his respect on his way out. I hope he has more in him especially after rewatching those early highlights. Raider for life!

One thing common in most of his TD's..was his quick release…also perhaps back then…the offense was simplified…making it easy for everyone to be in sync
I saw #'s 67, 68, 69 & 70 for the win in OT. That was truly an amazing day! Hope to see more in Jacksonville in two weeks. I live in Florida, so I represent The Nation when they come to the other pirate coast.
Derek Carr has over 27 minutes of TD pass highlights for 1 team. Speaks to his work ethic and determination. A lot of people dog Carr, I think he's a good QB.
the AC/DC era of Carr’s career was one of my favorites. the connection those two had was was remarkable!

If this is it, and Carr is really gone, these highlights are about to make me wanna cry. Just reminiscing about all the ups and downs that this kid has been through: 6 coaches, 4 GMs, lost WRs and 1st round picks, bottom-ranked defense for 8 straight years, moving cities, and losing a coach in the same year. Carr was the only consistent thing about the raiders for the last 9 seasons and these throws prove it. There was always a minimum of 25 points on the score board which is enough to win championships in other franchise with a functioning defense
Nelson Agholor 2020 was so criminally underrated, what a fun season

But I’ve seen every one of DC4’s touchdown passes. Needless to say, I’m happy he made it this far. Not a lot of QBs reach this milestone in their careers.

for all the years he played for Miami he never earned a big game ring,
Crabtree was one of cars fav targets he always made the big plays when the game was on the line, in so many instances he was always in the right place at the right time to save the game.
Look at the points the defense allowed in all these clips. Rare that we're in the teens in points allowed...almost impossible to win that way.

Carr has throw some beautiful passes especially in his first couple years. Idk if it’s the injuries or o-line not giving him enough time but they just don’t look as perfect anymore. Whatever still my qb and I hope he can play as lights out as he used to. 😢🏴☠️
