What a dumb question from a sitting judge @ 1:10:53... that a sitting president demonstrate a rouge parliament? That question came from a sitting justice... that is a shame... it is clear the judges do not understand how democracy works, its structures or responsibilities and how its powers are distributed. A sitting president cannot demonstrate a rouge parliament because parliament is part of the executive... That is called a conflict of interest... A sitting president cannot demonstrate his own office because the PEOPLE!!! put him and those parliamentarians to that office. It is the prerogative of the people to remove the rouge parliament not the president or his 'minions' or his lap-dog (in Kenya's case that is)
What I know the case is headed to the Supreme Court which is the highest court of the land take it to the nearest bank Main issue is constitution must be changed
Why do lawyers print so much materials. Who has the time to read all this? Don't they know about technology. It would make sense to submit the same in soft copy.
