Well that all depends on what version of software is on the webtv but even if the one you get doesn't have the highway it's easy to install a version of the software that has it. As for the best model. I would recommend the older plus model that has a hard drive. Look for a Sony int-w200 or a Philips magnavox mat972
@@MattMan69 Awesome, those Sonys are cheap and plenty on eBay. I have no idea why the TH-cam algorithm reminded me of WebTV today, but a ton of memories were unlocked with it. Christmas of 1996 we got my grandmother one and it was just magic seeing someone her age go online. I think getting one and tinkering with it would be a fun project. I saw there are a few private servers for it too. I think I'll do a deep dive on it.
