In today's video, I'm building a Frat House for University Students!

I've been to a frat house that had a stop sign someone had stolen when they were drunk so I love the addition of the traffic cone. Such a brilliant attention to detail, thank you for another lovely build!! 🌸

I know this is an old comment but once my dad was drunk and hanging out with his friends and he came back home with a stop sign with the pavement still attached to it 😂
I love how you pay attention to the actual sim city and make the builds fit in, including the colour for the university packs and everything

nicest frat ive ever seen lollll, most of the ones i go to dont even have rugs because of all the beer and shit that gets spilled on the floor, and they dont have a lot of nice stuff hanging on the walls because people steal it at parties as "trophies" to hang in their dorms or apartments

As a wheelchair user, I think that'd been cool even though there are no wheelchairs in the game!
@@erorikoka1 Yes! I have not seen any sims youtuber build a wheel chair apartment or home. U could do cute little details like having a walk in shower

The building is amazing, but the best part of the video is that I found out you can store items in the eco lifestyle boxes!! So many youtube videos and I never knew that, thank you so much!

I already have! So far in this world for my save file I have built a frat house (this one) a sorority house, and a normal student housing, all speed builds are on my channel and all builds are available to download on the gallery!

As soon as I saw the traffic cone I knew what was up 😂 the non-toxic form of boys will be boys: someone is going to dare someone else to steal something (traffic cone, stop sign, McDonald's M) and then they will and it will be a legendary story they never shut up about ever again. "Remember when Dylan stole that traffic cone and we had to run from the cop but then the cop tripped and fell into the trash can so we got away? Maaan that was crazy." Ad infinitum 😂😂 It is known.

Do you know what the effects are that are used in Fantayzia? I have it, but I made a mistake and have changed too many settings 😕 I mean like Vibrance, Clarity etc, those sort of settings. Like the original ones it comes with. Thanks!
Thank you! & not a clue, if it’s messed the reshade up then I would just redownload it! The settings I changed I’m sure was just extra added shadows 🥰🤍

I'm horrible at choosing wallpapers. How do you decide which wallpapers to use and where to place them? Especially on exteriors.
It all depends on where I build, for this build I wanted it to match the existing houses around the lot so I got a lot of ideas from that, and then the main wall with the brick, I wanted the building to seem old in a sense and felt like the one I used from discover university went quite well!

I saw you were more inspired than me to build this frathouse. I tried a couple of times during the beginning of summer but space wasn’t working and it didn’t fit my taste.
I lost count how many times I tried before this build 🤣 definitely a challenge!!
I love this channel so so much. But one thing that I would say is keep your voice over up with the video. You’re talking about the kitchen when you did it 5 mins ago

It’s a custom built one, not sure on the specs as I’ve had it for a few years!

Not in my builds no, I have fairly recently done a CC apartment, and I use CC when I play myself, but for my builds I like to keep them CC free 🥰
