What I'm curious about is how you're going to line up the panels you'll install so they have the holes drilled EXACTLY where the rivnuts are placed in the van. Show us THAT video. I'd love to see your execution. I've used rivnuts and I thought they'd be a brilliant way to install thin paneling to create a live-in space interior in a van.
Steven Mattson that’s a good idea for a video. There are dual ended screws available at your home store. One end screws into the rivnut. The other end is a pointed stud end. I screwed them in place and then held the panel and pressed it. The studded ends indented the marks for me to drill. Lowe’s has the studs in the specialty screw section.
