Coppicing and Pollarding

Time to tidy up the woodland at Danu's Irish Herb Garden and so I am Copping and Pollarding our Willow trees and an Alder. This is so good for the trees, rejuvenating them and increasing longevity, plus we benefit from firewood and kindling, not to mention medicine from the Willow Bark.
