Yes you can skip egg
Hey Fatima
I have the batter ready after resting. The first two cookies left the mould so well. But further on they r getting stuck to the mould and not leaving the mould. What could be wrong? Pleas advise. Btw They taste delicious and just the right crunch
Hi Preeti, I'm glad you liked, regarding the cookie getting stuck, I have already mentioned in the video, that you have to reheat the mould in the hot oil for each cookie, and the oil have to be hot enough as well.
Yummy 👌👌

I tried it out today. But some are not crispy. Can they be refried to make them crispy? Please help
Hi Fatima, have they to be stored in air tight container after frying... As mine turned soft after a few hours.. I had not kept them in air tight container.
Can I just dil them in hot oil again to turn them crispy?
Please advise
Thank you
Hi, do not fry them again, just with 2 rose cookies initially you can microwave them for 15 to 30 seconds at a time and check if they get crispy
Thanks Fatima. sure will try
