How long should a person go without fapping tho? Cuz one thing ppl tend to not talk about in the community is having wet dreams. And once that happens, you pretty much fail the challenge...cuz the whole purpose is to not release "sexual energy' right? Like Mike said in the podcast...just don't go too crazy with it. If you're gonna masturbate or whatever...do it occasionally, not everyday. Nothing in life should be takin to the extreme, not matter how beneficial you think it may be for you. You gotta take breaks here and there.
