As a vet, skydiving has been the one activity that can clear my head and give me that post firefight high/happy. It's been the best form of therapy I've found.

Never been in combat but I know what you mean. After a skydive I just feel amazing! Like intense but relaxed and buzzed at the same time and just an overall appreciation for life and the cool things we as humans can do! 🤘🏻 blue skies baby!! 👍🏻
Definitely clears the mind!! I don’t have a single thought in my head on free fall just pure focus on what I need to do

Watching you guys together makes me smile and remember the 1st ANGLICO days I miss so much. God I miss those days and the friendships and brotherhood we all had. The shit we would do to each other on one hand and for each other on the flip side. You guys making this content makes me feel apart of something special Again just watching! Much love brothers!!

Started working on my A license in April. Spent a lot of time grounded due to weather but only a few jumps left to go. Absolutely fucking love this sport and the people I’ve met along the way.
Another great one guys! Evan is right we miss being part a team and group and competition is good for the body and soul and pushes us to be better. Because if we don’t someone else will and they’ll achieve their goals while you simply wish for it. Great job guys💪🏼🇺🇸

We had our own jump centre on base in the army, dirt cheap to get certified and to maintain man what a time that was. The first 10 seconds out the door always do it for me.

HE QUIT WHEN HE HAD 2 BAD TRIPS.1 WAS A LEFT UNCONTROLLED SPIN.1 6WAS AN UNCONTROLLED LEFT SPIN AND FLAIRED A BIT TOO SOON .6THAT WAS HIS LAST JUMP.
HE6 WAS AN EX MILITARY 2ND ARMOR DIVISION W/RANGER TRAINING IN THE 50S STATIONED IN GERMANY ON THE BORDER WITH EAST GERMANY .
I SURE MISS HIM.

I spent several years on Jump Status and never found a single "perfectly good airplane" that was worth landing inside of. 🤣
I got lucky and went to free fall school right out of the q course and it was quite an experience. I really enjoyed it but doing it on your own time and with old friends would be a blast.

Former paratrooper with 31 static line jumps. I start ground school for skydiving at Paraclete XP here in NC on Nov. 3&4. Can’t fucking wait! You need to start a BRCC boogie, I’d love to meet and jump with y’all!

One thing not many people understand is that after leaving the military many of us feel worthless. We had important jobs. I worked on nuclear weapons and on special operations aircraft. Now I can’t even get a job cleaning floors and people wonder why I’m so depressed. I met my wife when I was in the military doing important things, the guy in charge. Now I sometimes wonder why she’s still with me. I’d say this is why so many veterans take their own lives.
Few word's.Thank you for all that all of you have sacrificed.

thats the thing i loved about being in air cadets when i was a teenager, shooting guns, learning the history of the Canadian air Borne and jumping out of said perfectty good air planes , if i had stayed longer then a 1 1\2yrs, i just had enough and i was 15, 2nd year i would have, i only shot a bren gun, which was awesome. 4th year where they expect you to join up, they teach you to fire rockets and explosives and such . at the time i hated it, but looking back it was the best thing for me

As I’ve always known that ever since the beginning of Mat’s first ever video before everything, thanks again to Mat for getting with JT, Rocko and the rest of Article 15 I really loved the early stuff. It may have cost Mat more than a few pairs of fake BUB’s but it was all worth it.

Over 30 Years ago, on my way to meet up with a girl...
I stopped at a rural airport advertising jump school.
I was kinda messed up so to clear my head I took the class and made a static line Jump and watched my problems float away for a while twice.
The Girl is long gone but that experience stayed with me to this very day and damnit if I dont want to try Freefall jumping now you bastards lol
