I am so glad they talked about the scene at the Ozdust and how the bond forms there. That scene is one of my absolute favorites because you can feel the magic in that moment. It's so poignant.
i am addicted to this musical!! i saw it on may 1st 2019 and ive been watching it and listening, and singing it ever since!!! i also read the book wicked and im in the middle of the second book, son of a witch, and its sooooooo good!!!
I remember I once had an idea for a story similar to Wicked, but similar t the book. In it the wicked witch and the wizard are in a romance and she helps him take over Oz, but he breaks up with her after he becomes ruler so she and her sister revel against him and try to take over Oz for themselves, but Glinda and her sister try to stop them.
I've never seen or read Wicked but I loved my so-called life I had no idea the same woman was behind both I don't really like musicals but I have to see it now
Wizard488 I've been saying the EXACT same thing ever since I saw the show. I'm HOPING they will do that for the 15th anniversary since they didn't do it for the 5th or 10th anniversary..
funny how they keep talking about friendship…. since i realized they included the i‘m not that girl tune in popular, i am sure they are playing us on purpose

0:25 No offense, because the musical is great, but this is why if I were a novelist I would NOT want to just hand over the rights to my characters to another writer. Stick to the story. Don't just write fan fiction version. They are bragging about how they wrote it but to me it's a bit cringe for the original writer.

Wicked means so much to me, as does Winnie for writing such an amazing script.

h193013 LOL, I've been thinking that maybe Galinda should have a sister as well!

I teared up when she said the friendship is the center of the story 😢😊

That Ozdust scene is AMAZING. I’m a dancer and I feel it so much.
And I’m just now realizing how special it is for Glinda to sing popular after that moment!

POGGERS?
I wish I could go to the tenth :( too bad I live in Oklahoma
I wanted the characters and story from the book not a watered down telling of the book. like MGM did with the wizard of oz Book.
"understand the originals essence and throw it out" these people are villainous monsters.
