Hi Dee, I have Apsergers and have anxiety. Also im battling negative thoughts. Try Applying Philippians 4v8 its hard doing so. Thank you for your videos. My favourite videos are your night nurse ones. Im looking to God for His help in winning the war in my mind. Would appreciate your advice on getting rid of bad thoughts.
Let the word of God speak louder than the thoughts. Hold each one of them captive and place it in front of the lens of truth.

Slightly disappointed to see you supporting Better Help. aren’t they more and more know for being almost a scam? Like not properly screening “therapists”, not being available for clients, pushing religious therapists on patients who don’t request that, potentially selling your health data to whoever?
Not at all. I’ve been using them and it’s been great. They’ve never pushed anything. I’ve had to switch my therapist and found someone better suited and they never pushed anything on me.
i love your ASMR but you should know that Better help steals and sells your data and DOES not help people
The only reason they would give any of your information out is if you are going to harm someone or yourself. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with them and that’s where I speak from :)
