I have never Commented on any social media except for Facebook. And even that is rare. But last night this was playing on my earbuds as I was sleeping off and on. Then you said something about thinking of someone who we have an authentic friendship/relationship with who really knows and loves us. I couldn’t think of anyone who has ever really been like that for me. But over the years as I’ve peeled off the onion layers, I’ve learned that I really never could’ve had that because I was always in survival mode which for me meant being an extreme people-pleaser. Since I could never be authentic myself, I had never had that “one person”. Then, you talked about all of our little traumas and that it’s OK to get them out, that we need to. Out of nowhere, I started crying my eyes out. I was so surprised. But it felt so good to cry so hard and by that to realize that I do have a lot of unaddressed traumas. I always thought that a trauma was something very major. I apologize for the book. I guess I just couldn’t help myself because I’ve never Commented and because I wanted to tell you how much that meant to me. This is the only one of your videos I’ve watched, but I’ve seen a lot of your clips. You have definitely found your calling, I think! I bet it feels really good to help people like you do.

Some of your videos have black borders at the top and bottom. If they are watched on widescreen displays (most today's phones), there are black borders on all sides, which is suboptimal. I suggest for your future releases that you would cut the borders off and release your videos widescreen. It would change almost nothing for viewing on viewports not wider than 16:9, and it would reduce black borders on viewports wider than 16:9.

I wept so fucking loud into my pillow tonight after I finished the show "insecure" on HBO, and I got so messed up watching it because the main character has an ex she just can't shake and doesn't want to shake lmao and they end up together at the end finallyyyyyy its so satisfying. But im going thru the same thing rn, my partner and I are taking a break from our relationship for a couple months to work on ourselves. But it's devastating to think that when we come back together it may not be right or one of us will think it is and not the other or whatever the insane amount of unsettling possibilities. I just got hella triggered by the happy ending because life doesn't always work out that way. and I hate having to face that my life isn't a movie or tv show with predicted plot lines that I know will resolve themselves in my favor. But at the same time thinking ones life is like that, is exciting and romantic to do. Anyway stumbling upon this was amazing. I really fucking needed it. and thank you so fucking much for doing the rain portion I love that you've added that
