Sorry to stay but stay I'm dso past 5yrs ...current rent for 1bhk is 40 to 55...2bhk is 60 to 80

Can you suggest any particular apartment/Building at a budget of 1-1.5 million AED within the Dubai City (not the countryside) Free Hold area like JVC? Not villa. No Townhouse. I want the least maintained flat 2 BHK apartment with a simple modern but elegant interior and good road accessibility (If possible near any metro station). For a middle working class with an Indian passport.

Depends on area if you choose international city 1 bed will cost you 30k AED per year and if you choose silicon oasis it will cost you 40 to 45k AED per year
@@pakistanimomabroad8226 it's yearly or Monthly becoz I heard after 2 month give the rent and other bills is it true.
It’s yearly but depends upon the contract understanding individually some contracts required you to pay after every 3 months or bimonthly or even you can make request for monthly too. But the rent I mentioned it’s yearly.
