yep ... no rules against it in any league that I know of here ... rep (Canadian aau) Basketball starts at 9yo and they can use screens and aau from 12yo and older for sure uses screens (I have coached a team that age traveling to the USA) and I would assume there wouldn't be any rule differences at younger than 12 ... imo screening is a basic every kid needs to know how to use
