Sashenka, nice to hear from you. Hope all is well. You will absolutely love this soap. When is your new video coming out? Looking forward to seeing it!
I always keep a pint (500ml) regular white vinegar or strong vinegar around to neutralize the lye and lye solution in case of splashes on my exposed skin and for general cleanup of all work surfaces and for cleaning all the equipment I use. Works great!
I haven't made pine tar yet but it looks so beautiful! I'm going to try to make it today! Thank you for your video.
You are very welcome! Hope it went well for you!
You can set soap in empty milk cartons for a mould and slice it after its set, into blocks.
Great idea!
Super ! Попробую тоже сделать )

I love your video!
Thank you! 🙏
Cpaciba! Thank you for the video!
You are so welcome! Thank you for watching it!
Practice makes perfect!
Very true!
You should not mix lye in glass/pyrex, it etches the glass and can result in the glass shattering, especially if you use the same glass over and over.
Lovely soap, what essential oils did you add to your pine tar soap.
Nicely done! You can lay a lid on the container after mixing in the Sodium Hydroxide. It will keep the fumes in the container. : )
Thanks for the tip!
what essential oils did you add, also i watch muddy mint , they use ice = no fumes with lye
you can heat up your pine tar before you measure it! That might help you.
Good idea!
Очень увлекательный процесс.
Да мне нравится. А ты заметила какая у меня картина висит на заднем плане? Моя любимая - ручная работа мамы ❤😚❤
What % was the pine tar?
New subbie
I mix lye under a hood extractor.
Great idea! I should try that.
@@SashaKuznetsova главное, чтоб он был мощным 😁
@@onepartofone Good point. I'll keep that in mind. Спасибо!
@@SashaKuznetsova a reasonable domestic hood set at full power should work nicely 😊
@@onepartofone Awesome! 😊
Is there a SAP value for pine tar? Or is it just added as an additive would be to an existing soap recipe?
It’s just an additive not an oil with a SAP value.
Огромный привет из России!
Привет из Америки!
describe the smell
i think its supposed to cure for a month before use , but you PH TESTED SO MAYBE ITS OK
Don’t wear anything mixing in lye
