Out of all of the basic spins that Kuk Sool Won teaches, this has been the hardest one for me. This is very helpful, sir! Keep up the great content.

This is exciting! The bo set I learned in Kenpo Karate many years ago is very slow with a couple low defensive postures that were not impressive. I am struggling to walk from injury to my lumbar area and sciatic nerves from a fall. Once I can stand I want to try this motion. My ultimate goal has been a Kuk Sool Won Dual Sword form. Could you show some Kuk Sool Won Dual Sword motions?

OK beautiful move are you right handed and or the position of the hands change with the side of the body. Thanks love it and I am a left handed person who plays tennis left handed and play drums right handed. I'm always challenged by which hand behind my back is best for me. Sweet Panda Venice Florida

What kind of wood is your stick? I just got hickory because I heard the more you beat on it the harder the wood gets. I'm more concerned about fighting than tricks but I know that tricks play into a lot of the moves so I also want speed cuz I'm a chic and I only weigh 115.

You’ll need to be careful and make sure the weight is evenly distributed (but you’ll have to spin at your own risk 😅)
