Even if I get the nomination by the end of March, I'm still in doubt whether I'll get ITA before my PGWP expires. My company already explored LMIA option and can't proceed as they don't have enough logic to prove my candidacy. What's the best option to continue to work legally? Should I apply for a work permit extension with an explanation that my PNP is in progress, basically a fake extension?

Visitor records only allow you to stay in Canada after expired your work permit , study permit or if you want to stay time in Canada. If you wanna go to India you may need to check you have visitor visa! If you don’t have visitor visa you are not allow come back to canada. It’s totally different visitor visa and visitor records!
