Wow, this was such an incredible video! 📸🎥 I loved how detailed and informative your camera rig setup guide was. The Sony A7SIII is a beast, and you really showed how to make the most out of it. The step-by-step breakdown of each component and its functionality was super helpful. 👌✨ Question: Do you have any tips for balancing the rig to prevent fatigue during long shoots? 🏋♂💡 Thank you so much for sharing your expertise and insights! Can't wait to see more of your content! 👍🌟🙌
Yes, one technique I do is flip your top handle to the front, sometimes it helps with the fatigue. And most of the time, its usually your posture that drains you so I would highly recommend holding your rig as close as possible to you body and more specifically near the hip or abdomen area so its more stable and less strain on your upper back and shoulders.

Really love the rig, found your channel through the asmr rigging video 😮💨😮💨 One question tho, the left side of the cage looks like a nato rail by itself, if so why the additional nato rail? Looking forward to more videos from you!
Yes it is actually a NATO, that's good observation. I added an extra NATO because the handle was somehow scratching the Cage Left Side NATO and so I didn't want to further damage the paint of the cage.
Do you full trust the nato rails? I mean the nato rail acessories are holding themselves on the rail by ONE thumb screw and a spring. If that comes loose or breaks your whole camera will fall. I never had problems with it but im quite worried on my rig.
If you mean the top handle. It's a quick release one and it should be firm enough. The screw is locking it on the rail but actual screw thread. And yes I don't have problems. It's pretty reliable.
I'm glad u noticed, I put an NATO on top of NATO cuz the quick release handle scratches the Body Cage so I added an extra NATO to prevent more scratches and also added extra space for my plugs and flip out screen.

@@enericoalso the built in rails do not have safety pins and let me tell you, i would have had a broken monitor without the safety pins.
