If you make them really small (the size of LEGO engines) you can use bicycle tyre valve to let the air in in the right time. TH-cam channel LEGO Technic Embodiment made a couple of videos with this design. It's pretty simple actually.
How did you get the pushrods to seal? I am designing my own engine but I don't know how I would seal the pushrods where they go into the intake so the air doesn't just leak by.
Very nice work mister. These engines looks great. It’s a lot better than my attempts so far. Great

simplicity is key tbh less moving parts the and less friction is better
You can use combination of liquid clear resin and baby powder to smoothen the 3D prints.
4:30 now thats what I wanna hear!
That’s awesome
Are those tomos wheels on that gokart?? 😂
Yes, took way to much time to make them fit on the weelhub
@christanvandijk5106 wow thats insane. Im assuming youre from the balkans then?
@@tilen3266 Haha, i know tomos is from slovenia but i live in the netherlands, there is a lot of tomos mopeds here as well.
@christanvandijk5106 oh interesting i didnt thing they were that wide spread.
@christanvandijk5106dacht ik al. Kon dat accent ruiken. Keep up the good work😊

They dont seal, i would just make the smallest tolerance i could make them and pray for the best
stls?
What about having it so that another port can push the piston back up too?
Could have some diverging on both ports to be able to do that perhaps.
As in pushing air into the crankcase trough those ports?
amazing Video❤ i finnally know how u got them soo damn fast😂
Bro why are you everywhere 😂
Aircraft engines are designed not to spin quickly because large propellers don't like that a single bit.
wanna have a collaboration
I think this video can help with your engine design: th-cam.com/video/tndgjXX4Y74/w-d-xo.htmlsi=a0tJFl5LZ0IJVkjE
I'm convinced everything 3d printed on youtube is just trash that breaks
