I’ve watched about 1500 hours of audits in the past decade and this has to be one of the very rare times I’ve seen a cop so vindictive that she would explain in front of another cop and on the auditors’s video of how exactly she is going use the info on a complaint to circumvent the 4th amendment and retaliate against the complainant. She needs to be fired before she goes in to retirement

My dad fought for this country and he’s turning in his grave. Part of what’s so sad about all of this mess is how the people fought in the Revolution and the Founding Fathers worked so hard to create a document that would guarantee us that our rights wouldn’t be taken away. I used to work for a LE agency in CA, and the deputies/sergeants completely mishandled an audit. There was a county-wide muster to educate staff about citizens’ rights, and the offending officers were reprimanded. It was awesome 😂

Here’s an easy way to make money guys. Go into public establishments acting like you have business there, start recording for no reason other than to hopefully have someone tell you that can’t, and then file a lawsuit saying your rights were violated. When you have a person who does this on a regular basis, best and believe it’s not to “protect” the rights of citizens. It’s for lawsuit payouts and YoTube ad revenue. Why the f*** would I go anywhere and just randomly start recording for any other reason that? It’s to get a reaction and hopefully get some money.

I think the commander lady needs a complaint filed against her as well because she is just backing her officer and trying justify her actions. They back the blue no matter what.
