Well said about the whole “getting too technical thing”. Back when I was interviewing anglers at the Classic last year, you were by far one of the most caring as you took your time to actually have a conversation. Keep this YT journey up brother!!

Pro tip - Chunk a moving bait till you get a bite. Then circle back and hit those stretches with a soft plastic. Easy peasy. Most cypress trees are worthless. Mark the ones you get bit at on gps. They are the only ones worth hitting again. A pattern will also emerge with them.

Badass video! Down here, if it looks good just fish it. It’s more of finding which areas have life as opposed to running a pattern. Most times, if you can find just a couple of good areas you’re getting bit in, just stick with it because they’re usually reloading daily. 😎 -Charlie from Puglias, New Orleans

Even with a double palomar knot you are suppose to pull the mainline tight only, it will pull the tag end down to almost nothing. Considering most frogs are only 3 1/2"-4 1/2" you aren't losing much on a spool that holds over 90+ yards of braid.
