    I like it… I use LMN for free and it’s been very simple and intuitive

    What was the digital measuring tool with linked app you use?

    • @iamahardscaper
      @iamahardscaper  ปีที่แล้ว

      If it is red, it is a ULevel / Smart Level

      Was it a Plott wheel?

      Oh yeah if it is a white measuring wheel it is the PLOTT wheel

      @@iamahardscaper Do you like it and do you still use it? Thanks in advance, won't bother further

      No bother at all. I definitely still use it on estimates. I love it. Especially for curved walkways, patios, pool coping. We have a video on the channel if you go to our channel page you can search for measuring wheel.

    I think your worksheet is a good concept. But you rightfully point out that each job has unique features like access. Why would you estimate based on an average if the access is especially bad. I think it is important for you to point out to your viewers that once you get the average for one aspect of a job, in your estimate you need to modify the average based on unique conditions of that particular estimated job.

      Very good point. I think this was covered in the video, but you can use your custom production rates and have averages for each. For example, I have different production rates for different access into backyard. No access, 36" access, 48" access. And you can have an average based on the projects you do for each of those production rates. Not an average based on Backyard Patio install.

      @@iamahardscaper That makes a lot of sense. Thanks for the worksheet idea by the way. I never thought of compiling estimates to generate a typical average but it makes sense. The estimate will be more accurate if they are based on a larger number of jobs.
