Except the audi... there can be only light issues with trees, light poles , other audi’s drones, wires, birds, etc. If the drones wont crash they will cause the driver in trouble while manuevering

kinda agree, i mean its kinda cool but now its not the time or even next decade, while its still a concept, maybe in the future they change the idea and the drone wont be the main headlamp instead it just be some part of the car

I have a 16 year out truck and love my mechanic who is willing to fix it when I need him. I don't want to part with my truck, probably ever. Almost 300,000 miles on it. There will be work for your papa for a long time coming.

BMW and Audi have some creative designs, but I think Mercedes-Benz is crushing it with their concepts! The Silver Arrow, and (it goes without saying) the Vision AVTR are simply amazing to look at!

I think that most of these concept cars are really cool and practical too . the ones that are really low to the ground are going to have problems on these ( Super roads we drive on ) .

1:25 About the steeringwheel... "Pulling it will slow the car down, and pushing it will cause it to accellerate" - So you need to do an emergency brake, pulling the wheel towards you and are pushed forwards again because of inertia. Then what happens next, you're pushing the steering wheel forwards because of your own weight and the car speeds up again...
I think it would be better to have the car accellerate when pulling the wheel back and brake when it's pushed forwards.

Except these cars never get made. I've been seeing amazing concepts for the past 15 years but none of them get made.
I've come to think it's just a strategy car companies use to make themselves relevant, and act like they have big ambitions...
They are created to test new technology and make the government allow those things.
But they won’t ever be allowed, so they just put some things in the production cars.
Depressing that we’ll never even sit in one of these. Think about how long the Veyron has been knocking about, and I’ve never seen one in real life

I have one spanner in the works for most of these cars if they were put into production.... 'SPEED BUMPS'. Most are so low to the ground that they would beach or at the very least get scraped to hell.
Still, they look fantastic and it's good to see manufacturers are finally looking to electric rather than diesel and petrol

Indeed, it seems to me that those bumps were invented, more discovered, shortly after the wheel, in the distant past. We all hope that in the future we can keep the wheel but lose the bumps..

Some really nice bodies for sure. Things we seen in concepts decades ago, but never built. Although some things seem impractical. Like the drone headlights. They need to be charged, and look out for themselves, and it be more of a mess with more cares that do headlights like that.
Love the Audi AITrail- that's a winner right there. Audi, please build it! The Citroen 19-19 is also neat, if fussy. The Toyota is, well, a toy. Top prize for design is definitely the Mercedes AVTR, that's spectacular. The rest are useless.

Yea, I heard that. I also heard of one car with programs of engine noises you can choose from. That reminded me of us 5 year olds in the 60's close pinning playing cards to the seat stays of our bicycles to hold the card in the spokes for engine noise. We even tried balloons too, but they did not last too long. :)
