To be honest I really enjoy the slow paced vintage survival on medium difficulty with the small machinery compared to the other series it’s very relaxing for me there‘s no need for easy difficulty :)
Hi all- IRL this "sunflower tedder" is turned and create 4 swaths as a tedder. When turned around again it acts as a windrower and therefore makes 1 swath. A part from my own life. Good videos Mr Dag. Keep it up :)
I think I will start my farm over from scratch. Watching these videos makes me reminisce. When you start making money hand over fist, you just throw it at every problem without thinking twice.
Thats the first buck rake Ive seen on FS. We used em back in 59. We used to lay the grass on the ATCOST Barn floor in layers and sprinkle molasses between the layers. The bales were stacked on top to compress it and during the winter as we used the bales we would cut chunks of silage out with hay knives for feeding the cows as they were milked. I suggest watchers google hay knives. ;0)
Rollers can be so useful, not only can you use them on crops to increase yield, ('Needs rolling' is ever present) but you could also use it to compact the silage bin. So why do you never bother with them? To be fair, you had one on the survival series, used it once, then it became yard art.
Deffo! Low cost and would save him much more time than having to go to the dealership to reconfigure/maintain vehicles. Surely its a must have until he has the income for a workshop 🙂
why is it that that little 60hp john deere can pick all sorts of things up with no problem. but my 105hp ford tractor from the mod hub cant pickup anything without a 1000 pound weight on the back. like i even tried a 170hp tractor from the modhub in hopes to upgrade it and it still couldn't really pick anything up without a huge weight. it just seems like this game automatically just only works in computers or youtubers favor now a days. 😆
Don't put it on easy man.... I was enjoying this series because it seemed like an actual proper vintage survival series. Its called vintage SURVIVAL. If you're just going easy mode to progress then it's not really surviving, it would be called vintage thriving
So I have watched several people who play FS22 on PC and it looks so much easier because of mods. I currently play on PS4 so I am restricted by a lot of mods and mods that use scripts. Idea you should do a series, survival or vintage survival and make it console version. Only cross platform mods and no super strength. You could still play on PC but restricted to what you would be able to do on a console. I think it would make it more difficult.
I am curious Dagger... why do you drive around with your forks pointing to the ground? I realise it's a game but in reality if you had a hydraulic failure you will do some serious damage when they stick in the ground at speed. Anyways keep up the enjoyable content!
Should really look into other sources of income. I suggested in previous videos the low cost greenhouse pack by BarT, beehives, ect. Get an olive tree if need be lol. Something. Play on easy if you want but thats only going to slightly speed up progress till you have more sources of income to keep rolling through with.
I really like the series but i dont think you should keep the store's tractor. how are the other farmers gonna get their flatbeds loaded wih seeds and fertilizer. i get why though, but maybe there is another farmer thats willing to trade the John Deere 710 for a similar Hp and size tractor that can have a front loader bracket
just saying, and I admit, NOT super realistic, but if u had a bucket on the other JD and the hay fork on the back, u could move 3,000L of grass in 1 go.
With an "adapter", you can have a hayfork on the frontloader, then you get 4k capacity🙃. And that is realistic, the made hayforks for frontloader as well
It's just as well farm sim isn't too realistic, or you'd be selling woolly omelette mix the way you dropped those eggs in the back of the trailer. Lol.
@@James27Simko soybeans usually my money crop I don't usually make as much off of wheat and barley those are usually just my feed crops but my soybeans bring me Bank
@@AlatarBlaze they are okay to start with but once you start getting animals and productions, soybeans arent worth it for the low yield. Unless you're on easy mode but easy mode is stupidly easy
For some reason I can't move my camera when I'm inside a truck at least a truck with cabin what can it be the reason I've seen that you and Many Athens can why can't I
Vintage survival needs to be at least twice a week!
Let the man have a life. Be happy with what you get.
I wonder if it will take a day from the normal Survivor slot.
@@matt5075 What normal survival slot? That series ended.
@@lisa1162 I meant that because it ended maybe one of those days could be used for vintage survival.
@@matt5075 ahhh, I see 🙂
Loving the series keep up the great work 😊
Thank you so much for your support! :)

Nice to see the Kverneland Hayfork, norwegian quality🙃.
Even with a Norwegian warning on it👍 "Se at ingen står i veien"
You should add the "Lease To Own" mod to this series...especially if you're leasing equipment for a longer period of time!
That would be a great idea. Especially for the header.
It’s one of my favorite mods when I build a farm with little money
have you forgotten about the storage in the sheep barn? would make great bale storage.
I never miss a video! Thanks for your hard work and awesome content!
Love your videos and I appreciate you putting the links for your mods.
There's a lot of old style flatbad trucks and pick-up trucks on FM Modhub. I would suggest a W50 or a 1313, it would fit the old style farm.
Awesome series. Adding another day a week would progress it along nicely. Actually, I would watch Vintage Survival 7 days a week.

It is of my opinion that they had Toolboxes at whatever time you place this series. Maybe you could pick one up for reconfiguring things. 🤔
Deffo! Low cost and would save him much more time than having to go to the dealership to reconfigure/maintain vehicles. Surely its a must have until he has the income for a workshop 🙂
You can store grass bales at the feeding trigger's barn space of the sheep pasture
I’d use the water tanker filled to compact it
That fork is the coolest mod of the year. 😂 It’ll be helpful on the small scale farm I want to start!
I really love your videos keep up the good work
On the sheep barn there is another door on the other side. I keep all my grass there.
In FS19 is was by weight, Farmer Cop did a couple of tests and weight was the deciding factor in how fast compaction happened
Great video! You can customize that trailer to a flat bed for free.
The grain trailer is leased so you can't reconfigure it
@@alexandert6489 Good reason to buy it. It's very cheap.

I would absolutly love to see a My Summer Car Series.
Love your work. Keep it up
lizard cutting bars mod, will fit perfect ; p
ntm lizard ringroller/old and gvs-6u, which is a simple windrow/tedder combo, old fashioned and cheap ; D

I use that hay fork mod myself and have not realised its Norwegian because the cautiton on the back means «check that no onse is behind»

Here in the states, we called those hay forks a buck rake.
Dagger I love this series
I agree going back to easy, i already saw this coming
Use the storage on the sheep shed for the bails.
A modern economy survival series would be interesting
You should go back and revisit my summer car. Your original playthrough was a masterpiece 😂
I am curious Dagger... why do you drive around with your forks pointing to the ground?

Easy mode would take it away from a survival series and more just "vintage easy cruising"
Dunno if it was my comment you saw about the Hayfork I put it on the video when you rented the loader wagon, but if it was your welcome! :D
i agree easy is really not that easy
You need to repair your John Deere tractor. I think if you vintage survival two days a week you would progress faster.
Asome!
I think the Deutz Fahr 6.61 on mod hub should be the next tractor
7:34 if only daggerwin knew there was a mod for fs17 where it has the tractor that looks almost exactly the same as the tractor from my summer car
You should download that new timber trailer mod. You can have it be a flat bed bale trailer but it has straps. It’s the lizard 28ft timber trailer.
if it goes by weight ( the packing of the silage )
why dont you use the water tank when full ?
Daggerwin play My summer car love see videos 😀😀
It is called a Buckrake many farmers still use them to this day
just a heads up, you have the game tag as fs19.
you should consider the rent to own mod, its realistic really, as its a normal way to buy stuff in RL ..
👍👍😍😍❤❤😊😊👌👌
Love your vids
There’s a really cheap flatbed trailer, look for the quad bike trailer it’s only a thousand pounds
Maybe when the store decides they wanna upgrade their tractor you can buy the 1630 for a discount?
You should go on a clamp with JD x9 harvester
we all need a new survival roleplay...
Daggerwin you used that hay fork in fs19 survival chalange series2
You really need to install the Lease To Own mod.
Also, stop leaving your tractors running ;)
Why is there always a jump cut when you come out of a time lapse, where it's always smooth going into them? 🤔
On the PS4 you can't open any other doors on any of the other properties on this map
You should add the new ursus pack it would be interasting
Don't go easy lol
The last time you did silage I think it was only like 10,000 liters
Like as always
Morning
There is a weight for the front of the 710 it’s a mod on mod hub
Now he only had a tractor that actually had a front lifter. Then you could put this on the front.
Why are you keeping the straw bales
I wonder why the traffic stops for you when thay have enough room to drive by
just saying, and I admit, NOT super realistic, but if u had a bucket on the other JD and the hay fork on the back, u could move 3,000L of grass in 1 go.

@@farmerbuck was unaware of that, super cool!
you keep leaving tractors running, fuel costs add up too
There is a John deer mod that has 80 hp that is only like 12000 dollars it’s a decent mod
I do think we should change it back to easy mode
Upload even Sat &Sunday
When is role-play back
Daggerwin Clarkson farm session 2 release today
Hi daggerwin
What happened to construction simulator love your vids
Where did you get your name from
It comes from years and years ago, he is/was a huge Elder Scrolls fan, so the name comes from The Elder Scrolls II : Daggerfall
@@James27Simko tnx

It's just as well farm sim isn't too realistic, or you'd be selling woolly omelette mix the way you dropped those eggs in the back of the trailer. Lol.
There should be no leaseing on this series it makes it to easy but change the difficulty to easy
I would be all for changing the difficulty. I love the series but it’s been so hard for you to get ahead. Just renting equips drains your account.
Hey daggerwin could you do more Platinum Edition. Please
TH-cam thinks that you are playing fs19 :)
Hey dagg the axial flow IH harvester pack would be a great idea to us for vintage survival
When we survival roleplay come out
Man you need to be planting soybean
Low yield, soybeans look good but actually better doing wheat and barley. Chicken feed for eggs plus straw to bale for extra profit

Good day daggerwin update
Put it bk on easy as u seem to have archived nothing really
The only problem I don’t like is your poor tractor choice to start up the series
I'm tired of the Glitches it locks up! Stop having so many ads!
First
BTW your farming simulator videos are super unrealistic.
It's a game, so...But if you are unhappy perhaps you shouldn't watch this channel? DJGoHam is probably right up your alley...🤣
Hahah
I don’t like DJgoham because he’s American. Plus Daggerwin is so much more easy to listen to. 🤣😉
