I resides in gurgaon and here all market is driven by investors no end users. If you don’t have enough money they force you to invest instead of buying for end use. So the bubble is created and reaching on saturation this will going to break soon in 2025. Because IT Salaries is decreasing instead of increasing since covid. Normal People don’t have money.
