My friend Monitor Have no VESA Mounting Point

- Recently my friend wanted to mount his monitor to a monitor arm in order to achieve a clean setup look for his gaming Rig. However he found out that his current monitor have no VESA standard mounting. Hence he requested me to design and print Monitor stand that may solve his problem. Very impressive. I'm currently dealing with the same problem (im going to just open up the monitors and force-fit vesa mounting plates on them) but if i had the skills & tools - this video would definitely be my guide.

I have a non-VESA mount ready HP M24F Monitor. I bought a 3-D printed VESA mounting adapter online. It plugs in the back of the monitor and is screwed to the VESA mount arm. Problem solved. Look for the adapter online. It is available. It is cheap. Only cost me USD15 and it comes with the screws.
I wonder if this adapter could hold the monitor in vertical? Have you test it?

I just wish I had a 3D printer... I have a 32" samsung 4k curved monitor without any Vesa mounting points.. and the mount adaptor that would work the best cost $60 cnd, and the other cost about $40, but comes from over seas

Hai sir, i actually never test for 27 inch monitor...this one was designed for acer SA240Y so im not sure the mounting can fit or not
does 3d printer support autocad?
U can use autocad to draw then you have to convert the dwg file to stl format...then you have to import the file to slicer programme(Cura)to generate gcode. 3D printer uses gcode and start printing
