1) Mix the mateiral and stir well.
2) Heat extruders and add the mixed material.The extruder heats the molten material and the square pipe profile extruded from the die;
3) Extruded square pipe is vacuum-shaped and then water-cooled;
4)The square pipe profile is evenly wound on the roll forming die according to the predetermined position, and the PE melt is extruded synchronously to weld the profile into a whole, ensuring high-quality welded joints and structural wall profiles.
5)The continuous water spraying system below the forming unit cools and solidifies the bonding point
6) Cut according to the given length.
7)The extrusion melt temperature is 10-20 degrees higher than the profile melting temperature.
