And not to take their translation as being dogmatic. Also the 1611 KJV was rewritten 4 times. The KJV you have today is 1769 edition. There is only one thing I disagree with you however, is the story you told regarding that lady who's son died at 17 due to a drug problem. She asked if her son is going to hell. I don't think you completely mentioned what you said to her, but I presume you said he was. I think though, really and honestly, we just DON't KNOW. God is the ultimate judge and will judge individuals. We cannot say for sure who is or isn't destined for hell, yes the precious word does certainly guide us but still we cannot make that call upon any individual if they will or won't. All we can do is point to what God has said, and then leave it in His hands. This is what should have been said to the lady, her son is in God's hands, only God will know the individual's heart in it's entirety, not ours to make the call.

Bro Stringer doesn't understand the doctrine of inspiration. He seems to believe that inspiration is a one time event and that God preserved his word but that the copies and translations are not inspired by God. Quite the contrary, as the scripture itself has numerous examples of translations in it, and states: 2 Timothy 3:15-16 KJV And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. [16] All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: Notice the tense of the verb: "is given". Everytime a Greek manuscript was copied it was "given by inspiration". Everytime a Luther Bible is printed or yes, a KJB is printed, it is "given by inspiration". Inspiration *never* refers just to the original, but refers to copies of said original. Edit: Those who say the KJB is inspired do not assert that there was no translation. Dr Stringer is either misunderstanding the position (because his understanding of inspiration does not come from the scripture) or he is intentionally misrepresenting the position.

See Proverbs 25:2 KJVo then look up Isaiah 53:8 "from prison" are not the correct words that should of been used by translators; they missed context, we miss the context today too, most of us! thee correct word(s) here are "through [and] oppression." You can use Strong's Concordance and search this out, the Hebrew words translated here have been translated differently depending on context in other verses and two of those differences are THROUGH & OPPRESSION. Read Is 53:8 with this change, it fits and makes sense, see Genesis 18:19, Acts 8:33 and many other verses there are that will ad light here. It is interesting to look up the Geneva Bible here at Isaiah 53:8 too it says, "he was taken out from prison and from judgment: .." So the KJV translators did not make this translation but only accepted it.
