Marvelous as ever. Frank's incisive journalistic skills reveal two truths: he's bobbins at it and Britain is bobbins, with Timperley representative as being 'not bad', all things considered. If you watch closely, though Frank reveals himself to be Dadaist prankster, surrealist and closet situationist all in one. Who knew the Timperley library staff knew nothing about showbusiness? Now you do, thanks to Frank's intrepid work.
