I often work with first time home buyers and because of its size Santa Rosa usually has way more options at a lower price point compared to other Sonoma County cities.
Expensive and not a great place to live. Too many issues. If you have millions and can live in Healdsburg and away from all the BS then might be a great place. For the average person not so much.
There are so many great areas in Santa Rosa and beyond! Totally just depends on your lifestyle. Healdsburg is awesome, but much hotter in my opinion and definitely more expensive. Rohnert Park can be a good alternative for people who want a less populated, quieter town that is still super affordable compared to everywhere else in the county.
