The red dot always shows up when you make any change in settings or frequency. It turns to green, as soon as the radio has stored your change. After a while it disappears until you make another change in any setting. 73, Bernhard
I think there is a bug in the RDS decoder/display. Sometimes when tuning to an RDS equipped station, the song title pops up briefly, but then it disappears. Maybe they'll fix this in the next firmware?? It could be that the RDS decoder only works on the US standard and not the Euro/Asian one at present?? Regardless, the RDS should probably be auto displayed on the normal display, when tuned to an RDS station.
I have the Malahit DSP SDR v3 which shares a very similar operating system and it performs very well. Very good reception, sound and audio enhancement options.
And how I can use TH-cam in the radio so I can watch all your videos? Man, I received mine yesterday and that thing is complex as hell, I was hoping for something way simpler, ended up throwing it in the side and go and play shortwave with my 7610. I definitely have to watch all your Malahit videos because this thing requires the operator to have another college degree lol. Between the ATT, AGC and RFGain gosh, what a complication to just listen ham bands. I dont even tried yet all the stuff you showed in this video

Thanks I will test that.
Many thanks for showing nice bit of kit.
It's a well refined Malahit or clone.
Either way, it's a superb visual radio. Another radio to add to the wish list. Lol
It's amazing ignore all the clone waffle .

RDS is a bit like that .
in FM broadcast mode to change screens to MPX and retro mode , you need to press bottom of the screen

Thanks for sharing
Amazing radio proformance
Yes SDR has come a.long way .
Tab on the area where the waterfall will be, that changes the modes...
Surprising that this excellent receiver has not seen more reviews! Is it too good for its own good?
Its just good full stop .
Do you have any review videos using the supplied extendable antenna? I’d like to see its performance as a portable receiver that I can carry with me.
The supplied portable antenna works well outside, depending on location of course. Amazon markets a cheap small ‘donut hf’ that receives better.

One step at a time .
Hi, how does the ATS25Max-Decoder compare with the MALAHIT DPS2?
DSP2 IS alot better
I always find if you remove the screen protector the touching of the screen will work better.
Agree
@@HamTechRadioScannerDrones Do you think it's worth the price point.
BT CONNECT is a puzzle.
Need to add extra hardware inside .
