Rasgulla recipe
1 cup milk powder
1 liter water
Turn it on high flame and boil it
Than turn off the gas and put 2 tsp lemon or vinegar with 2 tsp water
Than strain it
Than wash it with water
Than take a cloth and dry it
After kneed it properly until it softens
Than roll it and cut in cubes with knife
Put sugar less than 1 cup and 2 cup water
Let it boil and add the balls on high flame
Than let it boil in low flame for 2 min

Very interesting, can you use regular full milk? A bit difficult to get powdered milk,just may be I will do it with the milk that is available and hopefully I will get the same result if not similar making this will be an experience for me
