Definitely lead with intensity - As a women with ADHD I've always been told that I am too much but I found your channel and content at the right time. I am stepping up for myself and others and into the natural thought leader that I am. I have started my own coaching business helping families navigate neurodiversity, focusing on the mothers transformation as often once they seek 'support' it comes in the form of more being added to her list of jobs to be done. I am very passionate and excited leading with authenticity, resilience and a bit of charm. Thank you so much for your video. Very valuable.
The two big ones for me are letting go of the need to feel safe and deciding to lead. This was an excellent video that helped me understand what I need to change to get where I want to be. Thank You!
Great video Colin! I’d love to understand more about what increasing intensity looks like for you? I know this is what I need to do, but struggle with understanding what specifically that translates to in the day to day. I’d love a video on that 🙏
