Wow, amazing!! At first, it looks like a simple cool van, and then it turns into the coolest, swiss army knives of a van build. So beautiful!!! Great job, Anne ❤❤❤❤❤
I love the openness without upper cupboards over the bed. We did the same in our CTC! I love the multifunctional design….you can never have enough hooks! And I’ve wondered when I would see snow peak’s set up incorporated! I’ve thought about that for our slide out kitchen “drawer.” Way to go! My fav though is the blanketed roof upholstery idea.👌
So cool to see women designers/builders. That entire van is AWESOME! Such a smart slat system. Of course I LOVED the stargazing bed!!! Right on ANNE! ❤
@Anne Beautiful work! This is what I have been thinking about for my RAM 155" build. I love all the little details! Thank you for sharing and good luck with your sale.
I like the uniqueness of it. I can tell they put expensive components in. But it’s like a house, you can out-price the value by putting in more value than the neighborhood it’s in. The neighborhood being a 144. I’m glad you called her out on if she was nervous. That speaks volumes on how many people you have interviewed. She looked shall we say “unapproachable” before you got her to smile and to be more laid back showing her more likeable side which is super important since she wants to sell it. I’m sure she is lovely but she was showing “I am tired, I have been to hell and back and don’t talk about my partner because it is o.V.e.r” vibes. Good job on the van tour. I sincerely wish her all the best of luck.
Unique design. I appreciate the work and the high end components. It's just not my cup of tea. Jarrod, thanks for another interesting tour. Anne, I hope you find a buyer real soon.
Looks like a cage and too much of a hassle to get to everything. Don’t like the magnetic doors. Good quality build though! Always love seeing new ideas
I’m not hating on this comment but curious where you find a “nice house” because all the cities I’ve lived in the last several years there’s not even condos that sell for 250k as they are more expensive is my point
Your van looks amazing. I’m a snow peak user myself. I’m always in the store here in NY. Where did you get the sink from??? I would love to use that in my IGT
I couldn’t stop staring at the piece of redwood on the bed frame when they were at the back of the van when all of the other wood is not redwood. I know it’s a simple fix but I’m ocd
For that price, i hate all d moving parts. I would want convenience rather than having to set up before being able to do anything. Sorry, not impressed. There s basically no significant storage.
Like the opinion but do some research on what everything costs in the van before saying a number. That heating system and power system are not cheap. You can say you don’t like the aesthetics but please understand components before 😉

Definitely some underlying issues going on
Ok but I kinda love the slat system? Seems super versatile for storage and could be used in lots of applications. Def a unique build. 🤙

Me too, thank you!
Those slats, while ingenious, make the already small space claustrophobic.
It’s different in person. Actually makes the space feel longer. It’s widely used in Japanese and Scandinavian design
Swiss army knife van. Very nice use of space.
nice but looks kinda like sauna?
I want her jacket!
Great craftsmanship! I had to listen instead of looking at the video. Kept getting dizzy.
Interesting
i like the van...... i LOVE her jacket!!!!
Right!
its an interesting but personally i really dont like the look of it...
Ok I don't have time to watch this yet but that table looks amazing.
Nice van but that woodwork is getting my all dizzy lmao
Yeah, I'd feel like I was living in a wicker basket. 😬
lol 🤷🏻♂️ not as bad in person
Brilliant as always 💚 cool ideas 💡

No stopping Jarrod..
💪🙌😂
So very nice but when a Van costs more than a nice house then there is definitely something wrong with our crumbling economy....
if you diy it want cost that much.
I’m not hating on this comment but curious where you find a “nice house” because all the cities I’ve lived in the last several years there’s not even condos that sell for 250k as they are more expensive is my point
DIY building is great! And I’m an advocate for that. Just understand it will cost time and possible not look as good as “pro” built 🤷🏻♂️
@goatmilk426 absolutely 1000% agree.
@@earthexplorer579that’s just flat false if you tried to replicate this van diy you’d still be paying that

interesting build
It’s amazing that she didn’t want a shower in. Easily accommodated.
Really good craftsmanship work, but I don't like the style
Want to see a photo of the van in night, stargazing mode.
She seems upset with you.......the van has alot of creativity in the design.
Just nervous on camera
It’s not a “full queen” if it’s missing a few inches off the end😂😂
RV queen is the technical term but I gave her benefit of the doubt because she was nervous lol
I dont understand where is the storage for your clothing etc?

There is a mix of maple and Doug fir inside as well.
Besides the Pendleton blanket on the ceiling, what is the insulation?
They either used havelock wool or thinsulate
Clean looking, just not the look I like. But hope it works well for them.
220k. I'd rather buy a house
Says everyone until they travel in a van 😉

Nice but lots of work
Need a shower to wash the sack.
😂 just outside to show all
Too many slats. Looks like a tunnel leading to a prison cell.
See also Japanese and Scandinavian design 🤷🏻♂️
220,??? It not worth 120😂

Wasn’t easy getting good photos but in person is looks much better
