I too love chickens and roosters to use as decor, they are adorable. Your pie safe looks awesome decorated the way it is and a lamp adds so much coziness to any vignette. That crock was a great find, love it!
Well Genevieve, I just absolutely love what you purchased and how you displayed it. I myself love roosters as you say chickens ha ha always good to see your videos always enjoy them. God bless you, Nick and little Claire from a fan in Canada🙏💕👋🇨🇦
Cute stuff ❤ I’d love to see a crock styling video! I’m currently struggling to style my newly thrifted ironstone chamber pots, I’d love to see how you style similar items 😊
Love that crock. I would have bought it also. About the thrift store roosters, it is amazing how many items from 25 years ago from Hobby Lobby end up in antique stores. Must be a testament to how well they are made, especially metal items.
Brenda and Paul are adorable. Love the pie safe and how you decorated that area. Looking forward to seeing your hutch again. From New Zealand ... where I struggle to find good crocks and farmhouse decor. Have a lovely weekend. 😊
I wonder how much the red dot Fire King bowl was, in the beginning. I would have snatched it up If it was the right price. Your chickens are a hen and a rooster. The big one is the rooster. You can tell by his tail feathers.
Brenda and Paul are adorable, and look fantastic how you've styled them. I love the colour of your latest crock, there's just something about it, it's beautiful. I can't wait to see you style more of your gorgeous treasures 💞
Beautiful vintage haul! I love the chickens & I really loved how you can see the back of the Toledo scales through the mirror! So kool! The grazey crock super find🩵
Hi Genevieve, love how you styled your pie safe. Just as you were saying I might put a fake plant in crock I was thinking stems of beige pip berries would look great!😍
I would love to see a video on styling your crocks. You found some great things but I love the chickens/ roosters . I would not pay $18 for the Santa mugs too much 💕
I would love to see how you style your crocks! I love the flags in your crock. When I saw the Pillsbury tin I loved it and I am so glad you brought it home! And the chickens are a great find. I have never seen anything like those. Brenda and Paul are beautiful! 😊
I really want to start collecting some old tins, i love how they look on top of kitchen cabinets..i love the Pillsbury one, the little knob on the lid..super cute! I love crocks & I just haven't had any luck in finding any loathed ones i can afford. I would google Lens it, you'll find out what kind it is & the value. I really need to get FB marketplace in this area of Florida I'm living in right now. I saw the sticker on the Santa mug😮 First, they priced it to high, but to leave the original sticker on it & showing.. that's just messed up! You'll find more, and a much better price! I don't really buy chicken unless they're special in some way, i don't just decorate with them. But I love those two, and i would definitely have bought them.. they look primitive, which i love!! I think the smaller one is a chicken and a larger one could be either.. but a rooster has a larger cone on top of his head and the beard is longer and a rooster's tail feathers are much longer but girl who knows these aren't real they're made of wood LOL call them both chickens!!🐔 name the larger one Bill.. My MILs name is Brenda, my husband's step dads name was Bill😁 Great price for those! Love the pie safe, i love old wood cabinets of any kind. I just love anything old & made of wood! Large & small pieces, but of course old wood furniture is just beautiful! Love the way you have the top styled, super cute! Rolling pins, mashers or spindles.. anything wood would also look good in the crock. I finally found my hanging scale not to long ago. I'm looking for A postage scale & a table top one.. either like this or something close 🤷♀️ That's me girl.. primitives, antiques, older vintage, regency/Victorian era, some farm house.. all the things!! Great haul, as usual😉 Thanks for sharing!!
I hear you about how some pricing is ridiculous. Was at a vintage event years ago, spotted a cool tool box I wanted . . Priced at $25, turned it over and it had a Goodwill sticker priced at .99 cents. Needless to say I didn’t buy it. At least take the Goodwill sticker off. The Santa mugs will probably be there the next time you go to that store.
Yes salt glazed pottery, not all have blue on them. I think all of mine are salt glazed pottery with blue on them. My prize one is my 20 gallon that belonged to my inlaws, they made sauerkraut in it.
Hi Genevieve , here in Australia I come across that type and colour of crock all the time 🤦♀️ we don’t seem to have the cream coloured crocks you find .
Yes to the crock video!. Yes it is salt glazed. I wouldn't have bought the santa mugs either, there is a limit to greed! It's the principal of the thing! Don't scrub the tin, you will take the paint off, I have done it :)
I have 20 vintage Santa mugs that I’ve thrifted over my 70 years.. at Christmas I would line them up on a long red shelf, over my buffet.. my grandsons thought they were creepy.. can you imagine?? I just said, good to know, I’ll leave them to someone that appreciates them, but no one appreciates them.. 😕
Just asking..on the Christmas mug..do you think that was a recent thrift tag or the original price tag? I see a 74 on the green tag ..could that be from 1974…and then of course I see the original red/gold label. It might be worth looking at again. I really don’t know what is a good price for santa mugs. Always enjoy your videos …. Keep up the good work …I also love How you displayed your scale in the dining room.
No, id have been irritated too with the Santa mugs! I mean 599 Id get but am 18 dollar increase, thats too much. Alsl, not a video about crocks, but would love a video with tips on how to find stuff on marketplace or facebook in general.
Yes to styling with crocks, interested to see your take on them.😊
Yes on styling the crocks ❤
Love the crock. Just a different color than I normally see. Hen and rooster are so cute styled on the scale. Love the video. TFS

Absolutely love your pie safe!! Great finds! Love how you styled them!!❤
I love the crock! A pathos plant would probably do great next to that window and would look beautiful as well!❤

I would love to see a video on how you use crocks and ideas on what to do with them.
Yes on Styling Crocks or What all you use them for! Ty ❤❤👶🏻🐶🐶🐱🐱
Your tin with the knob on top was part of a canister set, thus the knob.
Good choice about the Santa mugs, repro!
Hi Genevieve, love how you styled your pie safe. Just as you were saying I might put a fake plant in crock I was thinking stems of beige pip berries would look great!😍
Yes to styling with crocks
Love the flour tin ❤️
The crock video would be amazing. Name the roosters/Chickens Brenda & Lee!
I love the farmhouse and antique stuff as well...great finds!

Love the chickens.
Hey! Love your finds. I think a video about how you use your crocks would be interesting!
Yes salt glazed pottery, not all have blue on them. I think all of mine are salt glazed pottery with blue on them. My prize one is my 20 gallon that belonged to my inlaws, they made sauerkraut in it.
Love the glazed crock, good price🪴🪔
I’m obsessed with crocks lol I’d love to see how you style and use them. ☺️
I love that crock!!
It’s different, but I love!
I just now found your channel and am now a follower. Yes, I would love to see how you use your crocks in your home!
Love it ❤

Love the pie safe❤

I’d love to see a crock styling video also
I love. Everything you hauled.

I thought the same. It could have been the original price tag, and not a thrift store price tag.
Would love to see crock styling video. I have several and would love other ideas how to display them.
The roosters are so cute! I need to find them lol 😂 ❤ 🐓 ❤
Can you tell us where you buy these items
Would love to see the crock video! What’s a good price at a yard sale or on Facebook marketplace? $120 seems like a lot 😅
$120 is definitely a lot, but for the 8-15 gallons it might be a good price! I try to stay around like $20-$40 for my crocks!
No, id have been irritated too with the Santa mugs! I mean 599 Id get but am 18 dollar increase, thats too much.
Alsl, not a video about crocks, but would love a video with tips on how to find stuff on marketplace or facebook in general.
Great video idea!
I would love to know how you use all your crocks. I am so glad you didn't get those Santa mugs. Too much work for $18.💝
Yes to your crocks!
Roosters are chickens just as hens are chickens!
That is a beautiful crock!
The answer is no!! You going to find Christmas mugs cheaper 🤞🤞❤️
Love the chicks you thrifted. The chick next to crock, I’d turn her facing the other chick. Always enjoy your videos.
Hens are girls and roosters are boys and they are all chickens
Absolutely not on the mug , that’s highway robbery ,it wasn’t worth 18 dollars ❤️🤍💙
Name your roosters Phyllis and Bill after my mom and dad who both passed from Cancer 8 months apart. 🩷
Beautiful crock as well as the sweet "chickens". I'd love to see how you use your crocks. Have a great weekend! ❤
Love the chickens.
