- Sanctum League is coming to an end. Before we all forget about Sanctum and move onto Crucible, I wanted to talk a bit about GGG's announcement that Sanctum won't be going core in 3.21, and what I think needs to be changed before it can be added to the core game.

I agree with your analysis. The mechanic has a lot of potential if done better. It should not be tossed out entirely, but reworked as GGG intends. I think the cost of attempting a No-Hit run is too prohibitive right now - perhaps there should be a card version where each run gives you a fraction of the item for a fraction of the gamble.
Interesting... So you would have to do more successful No-Hit runs, but that gives you more attempts to practice it?
I think something like that would definitely make it more accessible... though I wonder if the fans of the No-Hit run would like that. I wonder if they ENJOY that high-risk gameplay...
Plus, the current system makes for a lot of "clippable" moments, which I think is beneficial for GGG and for streamers.
I'd love to hear what No-Hit run enjoyers think of this idea!
@@PatrickHatTrickGaming They will benefit in two ways: they can still run the 1-time No-Hit run to get the reward. The price of entry might decrease a bit if there is a slower alternative, and they get to save a ton of time.
On your side until you suggested more traps.
Well, I meant more as in "new types of traps"... not more as in "more traps per room"! 😂
There's only 3 different ones, after all!
I do not like Sanctum. Hope it will be gone.
