It is at that stage now, when Dan releases another video, that you are hit with the realisation that he is still alive after another exploration! The urbex is chilling and the commentary, entertaining - thank you, Dan!
Urban Atrophy is Dan Haga he also photographed the Mayfair Theatre The Parkway Theatre and other historical buildings in Baltimore. His book just came out a few years ago
I'm always looking for needles to film. Haven't found any yet. If I stepped on a needle wearing boots, it's not poking through to my foot. The soles are too hard.
Hi Dan, I'm very happily binge watching your amazing videos! I want to thank you for all of the work you put into creating these video's, your work is so entertaining, and thought provoking. Consider me subscribed!
Really cool video, especially liked the twin cats, had to replay to see if I was seeing double. Dan, which do you enjoy more, the photography or the producing? You're talented (exceedingly so) with both and just wondered where your heart was. I love cutting room floor and will ask again if you might be doing one on that scary children's asylum which I've watched at least 20 times. Thanks and Have a Happy New Year!
+Kirsten Phillips I'm thinking that Dan's new and sort lived film series was the last we'll see of him at that location. Name of the series so short lived? G/D/O Got DaFuq Out!! Followed up by S/D/O Stayin Dafuq Out!! lol Pure speculation though of course.
+gracefullyunaware But really, where's the cutting room floor for the 1920;s apartment? So interested in your thoughts on that experience. <<< YEAH at de THISISDANBELL Gracefully unaware und I would like to know about the 1920s so please AT DE THISISDANBELL get with it PLEASE, thank you.. Ps. you are a very pretty young lade gracefully <<< Your DA YOTUBES(trademark) handle fits you just fine... :O)
I could be wrong, but I don't think that house was abandoned when it burned. Brand new appliances and towels hanging in the bathroom, makes me think someone was living there and taking care of the place right up until the fire. IMHO.
Im like you. seeing all the melted stuff inside a burnt down house can be interesting. in fact there is a place nearby that burnt down. i made a video of it. but the most interesting thing was the melted spices on the chard spice rack. some were melted in interesting ways. it was very neat.
who paints their walls dark blue and hangs pictures of their kids in ugly frames in the bathroom? where is that video of the crack house and the dealer that comes back. i've been looking for that one. thanks :)
The burned house must smell HORRIBLE! I can't stand the smell after a fire. I don't know how you do it, Dan, but thank you!--I find it interesting that the Seller's mansion was built so close to the street and sidewalk. I would think a wealthy homeowner, even in town, would put some space around their house. I've noticed that in eastern and southeastern states houses were sometimes very close to streets and roads, more so than in the almost-Midwest where I live.
+This is Dan Bell. I see what you mean: I can imagine a garden with a gazebo; a stable and carriage house and maybe hedges and trees surrounding the property to allow for some privacy. Too I would think there weren't as many people around when the house was new. I hope that beautiful house can be saved.
+Andrew Brendan .. I kept waiting to see a man with a top coat and top hat with a boler(sp) hat on his head, taking out a pocket watch to see the time..come walking out at any moment. That place is so awesome, I too hope they can save it and maybe make some sort of museum out of it...maybe one telling the story of Baltimore from back during it's hey-day, putting into place some of the things you mentioned in your comment, even if it's only in pictures on the walls and not actually on the grounds themselves, it would still be great!!
+SirBaconBurp It’s a MicroPro lite panel. It takes six AA batteries. Its only happened in the one battery slot. This time the battery really drained out. I had to use Q-tips to dry up the interior of the light. The power is probably overriding and blowing out the one battery. If it happens again, I’ll call an exorcist.
Hey Dan. I had said something a while back about the Outlet Mall here in Morrisville NC and you had said you were interested. I just discovered the mall is actually unlocked and open. No stores, but the food court is open. So if you came around, you could get in without any problem. carycitizen.com/2015/10/28/remember-the-morrisville-outlet-mall/
+Damian Stachelski There are several cats that live inside the old mansion. There’s a senior home next door and somebody from there feeds them everyday. They looked very healthy and happy.
Am I the only one who thought "no kitty! don't go in there! it's collapsed and gross!" ;P That mansion looks so cool from the outside though....and great video as always!
+This is Dan Bell I'm digging the wide angle. I love your shots but it seems like your type of filming would benefit from something like a Canon VIXIA HF G20 since you're always getting in and out quick. Or if you haven't seen the low-light MIRACLE that is the Sony A7S (or A7S2), that one would severely increase your visibility. Just a thought from someone who spends too much time thinking about cameras lol I'll leave links below should you be interested. Canon VIXIA HF G20 footage: th-cam.com/video/YbACJTV6Xn8/w-d-xo.html Sony A7S low-light footage: th-cam.com/video/QvM4BDdfwCw/w-d-xo.html Love the work man you got me hooked on your videos pretty fast. Cant wait to see the upgrades! Cheers!
laura alexander Probably the angle, and also because there where no bigger buildings around it you could see in the photo. Things seem smaller when there are larger things next to them.
I had to watch the part with the cat several times, thought it was a glitch in the matrix, looked like the same cat jumped into the window twice. Realized it's two similar looking cats.
Skipped the burned house because of bad memories but the Sellers house is WOW so cool! What a gorgeous home in its heyday
It is at that stage now, when Dan releases another video, that you are hit with the realisation that he is still alive after another exploration!
The urbex is chilling and the commentary, entertaining - thank you, Dan!
yes! im worried the entire time if he is still alive or not until he uploads another video lmao
Yaaas, I love the cutting room floor episodes. I can't get enough of your commentary
+Deej schilling S T A L K I N G of Humans.....IT's a CRIME.. Yeah, so...
The house at the end looked really awesome!!! I am glad it will be restored instead of torn down like most.
Thanks for sharing Dan :)
Unfortunately it burned down last year 😔
So glad they are restoring it. Gotta save those history buildings. :)
Urban Atrophy is Dan Haga he also photographed the Mayfair Theatre The Parkway Theatre and other historical buildings in Baltimore. His book just came out a few years ago
I love how the cat is looking at Dan (7:50) with an expression that says "What you looking at?".
you and the proper people- the best exploration channels on youtube
Another great Cutting Room Floor. Thanks Dan!
I love these videos!! They leave so much suspence and history to look back to!
Another excellent video, and good to see C/R/F return!
+Explore With Us Thanks!
I never want your videos to end. very interesting, this. thanks.
It must be quite risky going into an old crack house, stepping on or putting your hand through an old needle Etc.
I'm always looking for needles to film. Haven't found any yet. If I stepped on a needle wearing boots, it's not poking through to my foot. The soles are too hard.
This is Dan Bell.
Nice big pair of Doc Martens?
+Larry Bundy Jr I used to have so many pairs of Doc Martins. Such well made boots and shoes.
+This is Dan Bell. Same
+This is Dan Bell. Passing the torch, we gave two pair each to our daughters this xmas. Their first D. Martin xmas!
Hi Dan, I'm very happily binge watching your amazing videos! I want to thank you for all of the work you put into creating these video's, your work is so entertaining, and thought provoking. Consider me subscribed!
Abandoned houses with possessions still inside are the most interesting to me. I still think about the NJ pilots house sometimes.
Cool. Thanks for the video!
enjoy your videos Dan...thanks
Oh my goodness I just love all your videos, Dan. Thanks for them! If you're ever in the Iowa, I know of some great places for you to visit!
your channel is so great. you are actually knowledgeable about the places you go, unlike exploring with josh and other channels
Third!
Lol good one
Love the wide angle. Especially when you were on the front porch of the mansion, looking up.
+This is Dan Bell. , yep, I'm digging the wide angle too. I'm looking into getting a camera set up and ... ahhh.. yep. Wide angle for me.
+This is Dan Bell. First
Second!
yay more videos.

+Vickie Cook This Friday, I’m posting a solo night visit to the children’s asylum. So scary. You’re going to love it!
I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!
awesome. i like cutting room floor.
The Seller's Mansion makes me think of the movie "Monster House" xD
Can you do a CRF of the terrifying experience you had in the 1920s apartment building?
yeah! been waiting for it
I think Dan said he wasn't doing a crf on that video.
+suckmyvenom that's too bad, would of love to hear his input!!
+Rebecca Stevens Me too, but I can understand why he wouldn't want to relive that.
That seemed like it was actually a decent house, I wonder why it was abandoned in the first place?
This is GREAT and oh you make me laugh!!!
Thanks for the video Dan. That burned out place was very creepy looking. Glad to see another C/R/F.
thanks for posting..
That video was straight "fire"
I guess you could say it was... Lit 🔥
I don't get it
Awesome place
Marlboro Cigarettes Sponsor......That was Funny as Hell. Good One Dan...HA!!!!!!
loved the mansion!! but in the burned house. I have the same angel portrait. It was weird seeing it in a burnt home. eerie for me.
When you said or they might of droped a crack pipe i lost it 😂😂😂😂
What's the intro song?Another good video Dan
What's the intro song? Another good bid Dan
03:47 Are those Ceiling Fan light kit covers?
Dan, what kind of camera do you use?
But really, where's the cutting room floor for the 1920's apartment? So interested in your thoughts on that experience.

Very eerie. Wonder why they never came back to get the family pictures.
you have a Good voice for Radio..
Whatever happened to the Rolling Acres CRF?
It's coming. Don't worry.
Thanks Bud😊
You do amazing work !
Id be pretty fucking pist off if i had that half-burnt house next to me too lol!
The row houses look like they are pitching forward. Must be like living in a Dr. Seuss book.
I don't know why but I'm loving that skull in the floor. It kind of gives it an eerie feel. Lol
cool episode
whoa, 4K! that'll be amazing
who paints their walls dark blue and hangs pictures of their kids in ugly frames in the bathroom? where is that video of the crack house and the dealer that comes back. i've been looking for that one. thanks :)
Aww, those cats were cute! Shame they're wild. =/ And that mansion was lovely back in the day.
Quest for Fire went well in that first house.
what is your dream place to explore?
The burned house must smell HORRIBLE! I can't stand the smell after a fire. I don't know how you do it, Dan, but thank you!--I find it interesting that the Seller's mansion was built so close to the street and sidewalk. +Andrew Brendan Back in the day, the mansion was the only house on the square. The family owned all of that land over there.
+This is Dan Bell. I see what you mean: I can imagine a garden with a gazebo; a stable and carriage house and maybe hedges and trees surrounding the property to allow for some privacy. Did you smoke that cig at the beginning of the video???
No. It was laying on a table at
Summit Resort.
HAHA 5:28 Another battery exploded!
+SirBaconBurp YUP! Second time this has happened.
+This is Dan Bell. those fucking angry ghosts always breaking your batteries lol .
+This is Dan Bell. Do they damage anything when they explode? It sounds like a big mess of spraying battery acid.
+This is Dan Bell. LMAO! I just shot vanilla milkshake out my nose reading that! GROSS, and thank you.

the cats lol
Thank God the Ab Lounger survived.
Aw that poor cat at the end. Probably homeless. :(
+Damian Stachelski There are several cats that live inside the old mansion. There’s a senior home next door and somebody from there feeds them everyday. They looked very healthy and happy.

That Sellers Mansion looks like it shrunk. It looked bigger in the historical photo you showed.
laura alexander Probably the angle, and also because there where no bigger buildings around it you could see in the photo. Things seem smaller when there are larger things next to them.
Nice video
official sponsor is the Ab Lounge
I had to watch the part with the cat several times, thought it was a glitch in the matrix, looked like the same cat jumped into the window twice. Realized it's two similar looking cats.
I like this lens.
It's a great lens. It performs like a champ in the dark.
that house looks mint *wink* just little cleaning and bam
A little pledge will do some magic on that wood!
Wow restoring that mansion would cost more $$$ than building it anew.
